Very uncomplicated checking in. We love the key code facility, which enables you to get into the rented home without any support of the owner or rentals.
The house was functional and comfortable furnished. Everything we needed was there! We favorized the easy and free of charge internet access. Even though we were unlucky that it was freezing at night during our stay, the heating worked successfully. The house was very tidy and clean.
The only disadvantage of this rental is that it is at the main road, where it is very noisy caused by motorbikes and trucks.
We already choose to rent again with Sun Palace Vacations as before. -

The pool was great and the cover to keep out the dirt was good. We liked sitting on the porch and the location was good. The only bad thing was only one bathroom for all to use. I liked having the books and the games for the kids to use.

I almost want to tell you that this is a terrible property so its available for my next rental but that would not be fair! Its a great property my first choice for Fort Myers beach and even better since its been remodeled.

the home was great and the location even better walk across the street to the beach! the home was clean and the pool was so nice to have. we could not have chosen a better vacation home and Ron and everyone at sun palace was so helpful and professional would definately return.
