This six bedroom / four bathroom duplex home is beachfront with a private swimming pool on the Gulf of Mexico. Each side has 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms with door connecting the two sides. There are two fully equipped kitchens with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer, dishes/glasses/pots/pans/etc. Other amentities include cable TV with video player, telephone in living area and master bdrm, charcoal BBQ, propane BBQ, patio furniture on deck, outside shower. The master bdrms have a king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The other bedrooms are furnished with 2 queen beds and 4 twin beds. There is a queen size Murphy bed on the north side...Read more

We stayed in Seagull Duplex for a week. The location can't be beat...a 1 minute walk to the beach, beautiful sunset views from the back porch, and a nice sized pool in the back. The house had plenty of space for all of us to be together for meals, but the duplex style gave us plenty of space when needed. While the management company was responsive when we called, the house itself could use some cleaning and maintenance that requires more than a 15 minute visit from the handy man. The cleaning crew did a mediocre job (bed comforters with stains, bathrooms weren't cleaned well). The house needs a walk-though and checklist of maintenance work...toilets were running, bathtub drains weren't secure, lights burnt out, furniture was being propped up with a stack of books... By the end of the week, we had significant ant issues in the house despite cleaning constantly, and were told it's a prevalent problem across Florida this year. Overall, we liked the location and the house has a great layout, but the maintenance issues were bothersome by the end of the week.

We reserved this property for 5nights in april 2012 and had our small beach wedding ceremony just outside of this property. Sun Palace was very accommodating from the time that we booked this property, to informing us of necessary permits for the wedding, and helping us get to the property with ease. The beach house was huge and well-kept, the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens were clean. All of our guests told us that this is a very nice vacation home! Watching sunset from this place is simply awesome. We will most definitely stay in this property again!

This location was perfect for our family! We had more than enough room to spread out, find quiet space and then regroup and spend quality time together. The kitchens were well equipped, bedrooms comfortable enough, and the beachfront location itself was awesome - great sunsets, great memories! From The Hagleys

We met up with my in-laws (3 generations) for a family vacation/reunion at the Seagull Duplex. As we expected from prior experience with Ron & Judy, the place was in good shape and the service was excellent. The location was excellent - convenient to the water (no road to cross), but not too close for the seven kids under 10. It was apparent to us that this home was not owned by Ron and Judy, as it was not upscale (very inexpensive interior), but we understood that it probably gets a bit rougher treatment by both patrons and storms at this location than our prior experience which was not on the beach.

This was the first year my Beach Girls group went on vacation in April. We usually tried to dodge hurricanes in the fall. We were more than pleasantly surprised with the weather and accomodations. Reservations were easy to make. Info on directions, activities, etc were extremely helpful. The location was excellent; just what we wanted. And the pool is great. Restaurants and shopping were in abundance. Very quiet. Does need some updating and a few repairs,inside and out, but all in all we had a wonderful time. We are coming back next year!!

A bit dated but comfortable and a wonder location on the beautiful white sand beach, wonderful, warm gulf waters with great swimming and beautiful sunsets. Excellent, responsive customer service by Ron. Plenty of room for eight of us and very reasonably priced for a prime location!

My family rented both sides of Seagull Duplex for Thanksgiving week. It was fabulous. We had plenty of room. I think I counted around 60 steps from the house to the beach. Having a private pool was great for the kids too. It was so easy to keep an eye on them. The best thing I enjoyed was the sunsets...oh, how beautiful they were!I hated to leave the peace and beauty of the Gulf. We are looking forward to spending this coming Thanksgiving at the duplex.
