We stayed in Sun Villa with our entire family. We had with us two married daughters & husbands and one grand baby, two single daughters, a future son-in-law and our son. It was very accommodating for these sleeping arrangements. The dining area was large enough for us all to eat together. We made good use of the two laundry rooms, we all over packed since we kept up on laundry. The location was perfect for our age group, just a short walk to the beach and we had guys to carry our chairs to & from the beach, you do need to cross a busy street to get to the beach. The weather was great when we were there and we spent early mornings looking for shells on the beach, by mid morning we were ready to tan and could just walk back when we needed a bite to eat. By mid afternoon, and our skin had seen enough of the sun, we would move to the pool on the north side of Sun Villa which was in the shade by then and we had some very competitive pool volleyball games. The pool area was very private which included a great place to grill our suppers and play cards at night. The price was a bit high, but then we were there over Christmas, prime time.

The house is set up to facilitate 3 generations. The open dining living room allows all to gather and the middle generaton to catch up after the kids have gone to bed. The patio pool area invite late night discussion and swimming for all ages many times a day. Access to the beach and to a wide variety of beaches and islands is awesome.

Great house. Outside back yard pretty cluttered with chairs, toys, ( most junk) & building materials. Pool deck needed to be replaced. Splinters! However, fenced yard was great for our little ones, everyone enjoyed the private pool. Space was great, lots of bathrooms and great Dining space. Close to great beach -not crowded

The photos were better than it acutally was, very dated and the yard was dirty. We had to clean out the outside box of toy for the pool, the BBQ was broken (they had to bring us a new one). Not enough large pans to cook for the 10 people we had. They had large outdated Tv's set on top of dressers, one fell on my daughter and the owners didn't think it was important enough to come and see if she was ok. She was very brused. It was also the corner house on a very buzy street, so it was very loud at night when you are trying to sleep.

We stayed over Labor Day weekend and it was perfect! There were a total of 3 families with little kids so there were a lot of us...but the house is laid out in such a way that we never felt we were on top of each other. The house was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. The owners were lovely and we would highly recommend staying at this house.

There was plenty of room for our large group to settle in. The house was clean, appropriately furnished, decorated and stocked with amenities. We were pleasantly surprised that there were even 2 laundry rooms! The fenced in yard with toys, sand and shells kept the kids busy when they weren't swimming in the pool or playing on the beach just across the street. The rental service was professional and the owners themselves gave us a friendly welcome. We would definitely return.

The Sun Villa was a lovely home and gave us all a great vacation. The service and experience were very good. The only thing we really missed was the covered pool and a Lanai area to chill out at night.Thank you Judith for a great time we are giving Florida a miss in 2009 but would be very interested in booking again with you in 2010

Sun Villa was a pleasant experience for me and my family. The house was ready when promised and was very clean. The pool was great and the beach located directly across the street made everything convenient. The roomy LR/DR/KITCHEN made being together possible for guests. The house was well appointed. My one suggestion would be to replace some of the mattresses especially the ones in the front bedrooms.I have recommended this place to friends and I would stay again.

Sun Villa was a great choice for us. Although the group consisted of all male golfers the space provided by the house made the stay more enjoyable. There is nothing worse than always bumping into one another.
Excellent service provided by the letting agents with nothing left for us to deal with apart from having a good time.
The house was overall very clean and that includes the pool that we all used.
Would we rent this house again, we sure would. -

We celebrated our last reunion at the Sun Villa with ages ranging from 2 to 92. Everyone had something special that they found to be the best ever. All of us agreed that it was just what we needed. Low key for the adults, close enough to town for the teens, and so much fun for the little ones. If you're thinking about renting a place ... this one's the best!!!!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation. There were 6 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 2 year old that all enjoyed the week that we spent in this house. There was lots of room and the A/C worked great. The ocean was right accross the street and the beach was a nice place to relax. The beach toys and other items came in very handy. Also I recommend the Baby rental place that was on the website, they were very clean and had everything ready for us when we got there. I would love to come back this year but, we now have another child and are headed for Disney World. Hopefully we will be able to return in 2010!!!

My sister & myself and our families rented this home for spring break in March '09. The house was very comfortable with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms which were all in excellent condition and very clean. It's right across the street from the beach, perfect! Ron was very nice and helpful to work with.

We had a great time & the accomodations were perfect for our family of ten. Great location, great house, great pool, all the pool & beach toys we could have wanted. Owner was extremely helpful & was there when we arrived & when we, sadly, departed. They really thought of everything! I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

The service received from Judith and Ron was a pleasurable process where
everything was described in their contract and answered verbally, if
needed.The home had a very comfortable feel to it,from the moment we
opened the front door and saw how neat and clean it appeared. It's
bright color schemes, along with the sun shining through kept a very
warm feeling for my family. The bedrooms were spaced apart to be able to
put the little ones out of the living area so they could get a good
night's sleep. Their was ample silverware and plates and bowls if you
wanted to cook in for that day. Being right across from the beach gave
us the privacy, when we used the pool at the house, or the flexibility
of walking acroos the street and being on a beautifull beach watching
the sun set.
If their was any negative with the property, I would say
it would be the grounds in the front yard and the car traffic noise if
the windows were opened.
We enjoyed our stay on two separate
occasions and have certainly told friends about the accommodations. -

We rented Sun Palace in April of 2008. We rented this home with another family. There were a total of 9 people, 4 adults and 5 children. Words cannot describe what a great vacation we had. It was truly a very memorable vacation for both families. The house was immaculate and there wasn't one thing that wasn't there. With the proximity to the beach and the pool in our backyard, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We would definitely rent this home again. We really enjoyed ourselves and wouldn't hesitate to rent from Ron and Judith again. We talk about our trip often and say it was one of best vacations. Thanks for making your home available to us.
