Best kept secret on the Beach. This 3 bed 2 bath home on a canal with a boat dock. This home has wireless internet and is pet friendly under 20 lbs. It is located on the north end of the Island with as fabulous view of the Bay. Bedding: 2 Queens, 2 Twins

dryer took forever to actually dry clothes. Two to three cycles
master bath tiles and group have seen better days
master bath glass door was off track frequently and had seen better days
hot water / cold water faucets backwards whole house (i.e. hot right, cold left)
use hot water sparingly. unit temperature set too low or water heater sized too small for 3 bedroom house.
bed frame in guest room broke under normal use. was wobbly to begin with and failing.
Small bedroom with two twin beds had two black hairs on the pillow cases. Evidence of no laundry of the bedding being done for the $200 cleaning fee.
Sun exposure on back porch limited to a couple hours in the morning max. Next time I will book something with a better porch exposure for afternoon sun. -

The house was the right size and in the right location. Access to the water via the canal for jet skis, canoe & kayak worked out perfectly. Walking distance to the beach and Time Square worked out well!

We have been renting houses in Fort Myers Beach for 20 years. This is a beautiful house, it is in exceptional condition, and a wonderful place to stay. It has an large deck with a great view of the inside waterways. Four times dolphins were playing right in front of our deck. We were very impressed by the large bathroom and large walk in closet in the master bedroom. There are also three sliding glaass doors that go out onto the deck that allowed us to have fresh air in the mornings. Our family also really enjoyed the shuffle board court that is under the house. It is in great shape and out of the sun. We highly recommend this house.

We loved the home (floorplan, spaciousness, large kitchen, view of water, well equiped, close to activities, easy walk to the beach). The only improvements that we can think of would be to upgrade the cook center (elements aren't even, a little grimy around the edges, no oven light) and put percale sheets on the bed.
