Located in an executive neighborhood on the south end of the Island, this 3 bedroom water front home is the ultimate in privacy & relaxation and a few blocks to the white sandy beach!

Whether you relax in the climate controlled pool, sunbathe on the beautiful patio, or read in the shade of garden palms, the peace and tranquility here is perfect for a family vacation.

This home is the ONLY ONE OF ITS KIND ON THE ISLAND, designed with outdoor enjoyment in mind. So unique because the house wraps around the caged pool and lanai area, enveloping it and making the outdoors part of the indoor experience. The pool is situated so that it... takes in the sun all day long, with the roof overhanging portions of the lanai providing shade while enjoying watching children play in the pool. This expansive lanai features two outdoor dining areas & grill for afternoon repast or Twilight dinners. The pass-through from the kitchen to the lanai makes serving a breeze.

The interior of the home boasts 2400 square feet of living space. This offers a huge open floor plan. The super-sized living room area has one wall of stone fireplace. Plenty of space in the dining area as well ~~ you can easily seat 8 around the table. A wall of glass sliders open out to the screened pool area for magnificent view of the canal and Bay, and brings lots of light in the home.

The kitchen also faces the outdoor living area. Appliances include a larger than average refrigerator, double ovens, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal. Washer and dryer are located in separate area.

The wrap-around effect is anchored on each end with two Master Bedrooms, both opening to the outdoor living space with expansive sliding glass doors. Both Master Bedrooms feature King beds. Sleeping quarters are completed with a third bedroom having 2 twin beds, and we also include an excellent full size memory foam roll-away bed as well as a pack n play for toddlers.

For the continued enjoyment of all guests, this beautiful home is STRICTLY NO SMOKING. Not in the house, not on the lanai, and not on the grounds.

  This is such a beautiful home and the location is excellent. I love being able to walk over to the beach and grocery store or lounge in the pool. Most of all, we found the lanai to be so relaxing and the perfect place to enjoy all of our meals. The bay view is beautiful and the beds are so comfortable. There is so much to do in and around this area. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

  Thank you alice for a most enjoyable stay - I emailed you my review but wanted to share with others just how much we loved your home. Very roomy and comfortable, the pool and hot tub topped it off. The sun did stay on your pool all day just as you mentioned. Loved having the pass through from kitchen to lanai. Everything was there that we needed. I also appreciated how fast and efficient you are to communicate with. The location was perfect - close to Publix and before the traffic backed up to go downtown therefore coming North to your home after being out was easy. Don't really want to say all these good things because someone else might book it before we get a chance. Thanks again for the best trip yet to Fort Myers Beach

  I've been meaning to write about how much we loved using your guest house for our vacation this past august. Everything was so beautiful and the house was so spacious. We loved the boat dock as we brought our boat over there and could use it when we wanted. The pool layout is fantastic, we really enjoyed it and cooking out and eating out on the lani. Our 7 year old son loved his room and felt totally at home as well as our little beagle Bella did. We really appreciated that you did not request a pet deposit and we really tried to make sure nothing went wrong having her there. My mother stayed the entire week and loved it, especially her own 2nd master bedroom. My mother-in-law came over for 3 nights and was so thrilled to be able to relax for a bit. Unfortuantely the reason I wasn't able to write before is that my father-in-law passed away the Monday after we got home. That's why this was so special for my mother-in-law to get away for at least 3 days as she had been by his side this entire year at the nursing facility. My husband too was able to relax, but knowing that we were only 1 1/2 hours away incase something happened while on vacation was a blessing. And the entire family was able to see Papa on the Sunday after our return and tell him we loved him. The week after the funeral school started and we have been so consumed ever since that unfortunately, we really didn't have time to send you & your husband a thank you for your hospitality. Sorry about the downer information, but we really did enjoy it so much while we were there. We will look forward to future visits and hope that your lovely house will once again be available to us!

  This home is on a beautiful cul-de-sac in a quiet residential neighborhood. We found it to be spacious and homey. The Lanai pool enclosure overlooks the bay to allow for picturesque sunrises to be viewed. Very close to the downtown strip but far enough away to make you feel like you are off the beaten path. After 60+ hours a week it was just what the doctor ordered for myself and my wife. From an expense perspective, it was actually more reasonable than staying at a high rise condo, especially when you consider that there is no one else in the building with you. We will definatly return with another couple next time as there is plenty of room

  This is a beautiful home, off the main road, close to everything. Very nice neighborhood for walking. Relaxing at the pool is the best, private, beautiful and oh so comfortable!! I will go back again and again.
