This home was perfect for a spring break getaway for our high school senior daughters and us moms. The location was so close to the beach, which was uncrowded and beautiful. We were a couple miles north of the action at Times Square, but that was ideal. The home is also easy walking distance to the Publix Grocery store. The house was roomy and the private pool added an extra place for all of us to layout and relax. We also enjoyed breakfast on the front deck which wraps around the home. The downstairs is basically a separate one bedroom apartment with its' own kitchen, living room and bathroom. The girls enjoyed having this space to hangout on their own, but the moms were reassured they were safe. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Ft. Myers. We will have great memories of our stay here for years to come!

My Beach Villa was a great place to stay and exceeded our expectations!! Being able to walk two blocks to the beach was wonderful. Everything you could possibly need was provided: a propane BBQ, beach towels, beach chairs etc... The grocery store is only three blocks away so we rarely used our car. The only thing I could possibly say about this place that wasn't to our liking is that there are french doors between the master bedroom and the twin bedroom which did not allow for a lot of privacy, as you can hear from one room to the other. Otherwise, I would definitely rent this place again!!

My husband and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary with our children and their families. It was absolutely awesome. Our children and their families stayed in the upstairs unit and my husband and I stayed downstairs. It was perfect. Our grandchildren are 21 months, 7 months, and 5 weeks. We got a great nights sleep which made it possible to really enjoy the little ones. It was the best anniversary we have ever had so far. Thank you so much! We are planning to have another family vacation again next year because it was WONDERFUL! The house was perfect for us, the beach was very close, and the grocery store was handy to walk to. There was plenty for room for all of us and the pool in the backyard we great. It was so warm that all of us enjoyed spending time there, even the 5 week old.

Everything about our vacation was great! The service before we arrived was top notch. The pool was wonderful, and being close to the beach and grocery store was perfect.
Everything at the house was just as advertised and we could not have had a better time! We are ready to book for next year! -

We just spent a wonderful week at My Beach Villa. This is the first time that we stayed in a vacation rental home instead of a condo -- and it was perfect. The
house was close to the beach, the pool was heated and perfect for our children/grandchildren. Everything was in order when we arrived, and we were pleased to
learn that the pictures online matched the home. We'd definitely recommend this house - especially if you're bringing kids and want to spend a lot of your vacation at the beach and at the pool. We just relax on our vacation watching our children/grandchildren have fun! We'll be back in two years. My only thought might be because my husband and I were at a condo for a week before our family flew in, it would be nice to be able to put our refrigeratored items some where until the house was cleaned. Enjoy. -

My Beach Villa was a perfect family vacation house. Plenty of room for the kids to play inside on the screen porch and outside in the pool area. A nice short walk to the beach and the grocery store. We especially liked the little apartment on the ground level where we could get away once in a while and let the little kids have their space upstairs with their mommy and daddy especially when they woke up at 6:30 in the morning!!!!! A very relaxing enjoyable vacation was had by all! We will be back! FYI... A Pak'nPlay fits perfectly in the master bedroom shower stall!!!!! Nice little private bedroom for a baby!

We had 8 people and this house worked out perfectly for us. The house was very well-kept and clean. The wrap-around front porch was so nice, we really enjoyed sitting out there. We used the grill and enjoyed the pool (very warm water). There were plenty of nice dishes and towels -- everything we needed. Overall, we had a great week!

This was a great property with all amenities. The pool was very nice, and to get to the beach you just cross the street. Short walk to a grocery store. The trip on and off the island can be time consuming, but it is a great time to see the people who are visiting the island with you. I would recommend staying here again!
My only complaint - there is not enough laundry detergent provided for washing your clothes and towels. This is the beach you know. A small bottle would be great and can be left for future guests. If traveling by air, this is an added expense that could easily be provided by the Lahaina Island Accomodations with great THANK YOU'S in exchange.
OVERALL - We had a GREAT Time! -

Home Rented for ourselves our children and grandkids. was very comfortable , Kid Safe and kid friendly. The perfect family getaway. The home was great, the pool was private, and a perfect size. There were seven of us, and more than enough room.

We just spent a wonderful week at My Beach Villa in Fort Myers Beach. We had a wonderful time. The house was close to the beach, just a short walk down the road, and it was easy to bring the kids and all our gear. The owners had all the necessities so we didn't have to go shopping for beach supplies. It was nice to have essentials that were too big to pack.
Everything was in order when we arrived. We'd definitely recommend this house - especially if you're bringing kids and want to spend a lot of time at the beach. We cooked most of our meals which saved lots of $$ for seven people. There's even a grill outside!
The vacation was great. The home has two washers and dryers and two full cooking areas - lots of room to easily accommodate 10 people. The pool is a nice size and kept the kids busy when we weren't at the beach.
Great sunsets rounded out the perfect beach week!
