My husband and I are so happy we chose the Beach Chalet and its neighbor property, Stella Maris, to host our two families for our wedding, which we had on the patio in front of the Beach Chalet. It was just gorgeous--very laid back and we had the vibe of a relaxed beach wedding (60 guests) but with the benefit of the solid surface of the patio. We had a tent in between the two houses for the dining portion of the evening and that was also really pretty with the view of the water. You'd never guess how little we paid for our wedding!! At 6pm, everyone went out to the sand bar area in front of the house and danced there. Our wedding video couldn't be prettier! Everyone loved the house--new appliances, very comfortable and spacious for our large families. I would highly recommend this place to any brides-to-be!!

We rented the beach chalet for our wedding. We had the rehearsal dinner, wedding, reception and honeymoon at the house. It was an amazing experience. We live in town so we didn't have to travel far. With our schedule we couldn't take a honeymoon. The staff at Sun Palace were wonderful. We had a slight electrical issue while setting up for the wedding, Ron (owner of Sun Palace) was there immediately and fixed it. My guest were in awe with the house. If anyone is wanting to do any type of party one the beach, this is the perfect place. All the patio space make it very easy to setup for the event. The beach chalet was perfect for our family who stayed with us. It was very clean and the yard was very well kept. Overall our time at the house and the experience with Sun Palace was a wonderful one. I highly recommend this company and house. It was magical! Thank you very much for everything.

This property is a total rip-off 3000.00 for a week and you could probably find better kept and cleaner homes in a ghetto!!! The house very dirty inside, from the floors to the chandeliers. This property is a real shame beacuse the location is superb. This house needs alot of tlc from the bathrooms to the grille so if you are thinking of spending a nice vacation on Fort Myers Beach with your family make sure you can do a walk thru of the property before you rent or at least get a money back guarantee from this management company.
