The suite was exactly as described. It has an excellent view toward Sanibel Island and is very comforably furnished We encountered a cool spell for the week we were there but the suite had a very efficient heating system. It was too cold to take advantage of the splendid screened balcony. Unfortunately the owner had not updated her subscription to the fitness club so we were not able to take advantage of its many facilities until mid week. The location was ideal for the kind of holiday we wanted but would not meet the competition for a beach holiday which would be better found at Fort Meyers Beach or on Sanibel itself. Great value for money.

Wonderful Sunsets, great beach, can't beat the view, service was very good.
Nice to be able to eat at the hotel when you did not feel like cooking and have the facilities of the resort (for an extra fee).
Little noise from the elevator for the bedroom on that side of the condo (Condo was right by elevators).
Would definitely stay there again. -

The view is the only thing that corresponds with the ad. It is lovely. Yes, we did see dolphins most mornings. However, wires are exposed at the baseboards, ceiling fans don't work, jacuzzi tub does not work, bugs were found in several rooms,and mold was growing in the jets of the jacuzzi tub. This resort is said to be family friendly. If you are staying in the Marriot maybe. You are not allowed into the Marriot side of the facilities unless you add an additional fee to the already pricey daily charge. The pool is small, only open til dusk, noise ordinance in place at 10pm, and there is not alot of family ammenities. The "white sand" beach is on the bay, not the ocean and is only about 4 feet wide. No waves, dirty water with trash floating around, and brown gross water. Not reccomended for families. Definately an older clientel, possibly better for adults and seniors who really don't want the ammenities, just the view.

We loved our stay at this property! From the moment we opened the door in awe to the day we tearfully said "good-bye", we knew we'd fallen in love with this property. It felt clean and inviting. The location was perfect for spending every afternoon at local beaches. We loved waking up to the ocean and having coffee on the balcony. The kids loved the extra beach toys they found in their closet and having their own bathroom and bedroom. We highly recommend this property.

I loved everything about it. The location is so convenient to Sanibel and the Causeway islands. Ft. Myers beach is not very far away either. Fishing tackle and bait shop is right outside entrance. I drank coffee every morning on the screened in balcony and looked out over the water. Has everything you need to feel like you are at home. They have boogie boards, fishing rods, beach chairs and stuff to play in the sand. I plan to stay here again. It was so convenient having a washer/dryer.

We loved the screened balcony and the sliding doors that opened wide to let us take in the wonderful view and cooling breezes. Also really enjoyed the beautiful pool!
