SANIBEL HARBOUR RESORT - Located on the 10th floor, this condo has beautiful, breathtaking views from the screened-in private balcony. A spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. You'll have 1 king in the master bedroom and 2 Full beds in the guest bedroom, sleeping 6 adults comfortably. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Large TV's in every bedroom and living room, along with a DVD player in every room. Plenty of seating on the balcony, including a lounge chair, table with 4 chairs, and cocktail table. Great Value!

This property was overlooking the river and bridge to Sanibel Island. Absolutely phenominal view. Being able to wake up in the morning and watch the dolphins play right off your balcony is a beautiful site. Ease of access to the property and surrounding activities of both Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel Island will have me come back in the future. Being in the condo was wonderful because we were able to cook our own meals and not live out of restaurants. Only added to the relaxing vacation we were all looking for.

We booked this vacation as somewhat of a last minute as we were intrigued by the "shelling" adventures and wanted a warm Thanksgiving. The owner was fantastic and the price was great but understand, the unit is very, very dated. This was ok for us other than the fact the beds were not comfortable at all (and we were there for a week) and there were some loose tiles in the kitchen. Also, for the first three days we were there, they had elevator problems and we often had to wait 10-15 minutes for the elevator door to open.
Our biggest complaint was that the resort itself is somewhat off the beaten path. To get to Sanibel Island, you have to cross the causeway at $6.00 each trip and then pay for parking at every beach. We did a lot of driving to get to restaurants and beaches, which we hadn't really anticipated. And because the speed limit is so low, it took 20-30 minutes each day to get to the best shelling beaches (the shelling however was amazing). Also, because of daylight savings time, we were often back at the resort at dusk and the pools all closed at that time, which we thought was unusual. There were then limited activities to do with our son.
This resort would be great for older couples that do not necessarily want to do a lot of off property activities. We typically go to Orange Beach, AL every year where you can walk out your condo, walk down the beach and pop into many different stores and restaurants. This is not that place. I would highly recommend you either stay on the island or in Fort Myers Beach or you will be driving...quite a bit. -

This is the 2ND time we have stayed in the Harbour tower and love how quiet and relaxing it is. We could not ask for a better place to stay. From working with Kelly P. To schedule to the time we left, we loved it. Each unit we have stayed in was extremely clean and accommodating. We would be hard pressed to find a better place to stay. The grounds are clean and everyone friendly. With the hotel next door, you never have to leave the grounds for a meal out however the lighthouse restaurant down the road is wonderful!! We can't wait to schedule another trip.

We spent a month at this property. The weather was beautiful. The complex is very well maintained and conveniently located. The condo was comfortable with an outstanding view of the bay and sunsets.
