SANIBEL HARBOUR RESORT - Corner unit nestled on the North end of the building, feeling very private and peaceful, with extraordinary Gulf and Bay views from your large wrap around screened-in balcony. One of the best views on property! Standard condo with standard furniture, accessories, decor and appliances. Very clean and in good-working condition. Sectional sofa in the living room and master bathroom renovation in 2012 Summer. New master bedroom King mattress for a comfortable night's sleep and a King size bed in the guest bedroom. Walk-in closet and separate tub and shower in master bath. Great value condo!

This was our second stay in this unit - and hope to return for a third time! It is very clean and had wonderful updates since last year - new tile floor, master bath renovation, free wi-fi and new washer and dryer. The location is incredible, next to the causeway to Sanibel, where we had several delightful meals. The private beach is wonderful, as is the gorgeous swimming pool. Close to outlet mall, grocery stores and more, yet secluded just off the beaten path! A winner!

Service at every level of the resort was top notch from the staff at Harbour Resort properties and the Marriott. Restaurants were all excellent and the pools were immaculate. The new rental company handling boating and fishing was fantastic, great time on the waverunners. However our unit was quite dated. There weren't any radios that were compatible with our ipods. We had a tape deck boombox and TV with a VCR that really dated the unit. Having stayed in other units in the past I had expected it to be a little more up to date technology wise. Overall the trip was wonderful because of the central location with so many beach options, restaurants, and proximity to Spring Training.

We enjoyed our week stay in Sanibel. The weather was beautiful and so was the area. Would definitely like to return next year.
