We checked in very late at night after returning from 4 glorious days on Key West Island. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this unit was. beautifully decorated and very clean! The location was great, although, there was not much of a beach directly outside our unit, the private pool was fantastic with an awesome view of the sun setting over the water! having dinner on the lanai was wonderful!
management was super friendly and great to work with!
I have only 2 minor suggestions which would raise my rating to excellent and they are as follows:
1. have a few standard condiments upon guest arrival such as coffee, salt, pepper, sugar & creamer
2. the lanai furniture was very nice, however, I would recommend purchasing bar height table and chairs to ensure an unobstructed view
We had a very wonderful and relaxing time; I would highly recommend staying in this condo and or complex!

We were looking for a quiet, relaxing & warm getaway to cure our winter blues... and that is exactly what we got! It felt like we were the only ones there because we never heard a peep. (We know it was full because the parking lot was!) The unit had everything we needed! The building really is a couple steps away from the beach - it's so close that when you're inside the unit, all you see is water until you get on the balcony and look down!
We had 4 adults on the trip, but I would also consider bringing the young kids, because the private beach is small and secluded so I wouldn't have to worry as much as I would with a crowded public beach.
The location was fabulous! It's the last turn off before the bridge to Sanibel Island, which we did go and spend a day or two there doing fun things.
The only thing we had trouble with was that we didn't arrive until midnight, and it was difficult to figure out how to check in. We had our booking receipt, but it didn't have the "code" on it. We called and left a message, and management did call right away to get it straightened out. We were only waiting outside for maybe 5 minutes until they could get us a code to use.
