This unit was well furnished with tasteful decor. The beach and pool were easily accessible and parking was easy. We did not pay the resort fee for access to the resort next door. We went there one night for dinner, but otherwise found the pool and beach belonging to the condo to be just fine; no problem getting chairs or space there and this was during March break.

This was a clean home, nicely decorated, but the view was fantastic!! We weren't in the home much as we enjoyed the pool and beach almost every day!!! The pool area was cleaned every morn to perfection!
The location was great to walk to the Marriott and also great for driving to & from various locations. Easy to get to Sanibel as well as various restaurants.
We weren't crazy about the bathroom floor plans, but that can't be changed!! And the kitchen wasn't "easy access" friendly to dishes.
Kelly & Chris were so very helpful during our entire visit! We greatly appreciate all their concern and availability. They were thee best!

The condo was great and the view was wonderful. The rooms were big and the price was very reasonable. It was clean, spacious, and it had all the amenities we needed. The only drawback was not being able to go to the Hotels Pool and bar, with out paying for their services.
The trip was a great success.
We have recommended your condo to several friends.
We usually stay in unit 711 but it was a little bit higher in price and we did not like the new furniture they had put in.
Thanks for allowing me and my wife and 2 grandchildren to stay at your lovely resort retreat.
Of course the location is great and the view is to die for.
