Left on 01/02/2013 for a stay in December 2012
My biggest complaint was that the beautiful TV in the main room only got Canadian channels. I felt that the cleanliness of the unit was very suspect--the ice maker was filthy. Upon entering and leaving the property, one had to unlock a gate and then lock it again which was a hassle.
On the plus side the view from the balcony (which is not private) is very pleasant and the complex is quiet. -

Great riverside condo nicely located in Fort Myers.
Close to everything.
Wonderfull sunsets.
Nice and clean unit, very spacious.
Excellent value. Next winter, we will definitely rent for a month.
