Sanibel/Ft Myers is a great place to unwind and get recharged. My Condo was clean, modern and beautiful, with great views of sunsets, dolphins and boats. It was very private, had a great pool, yet was super close to unlimited shopping and dining.

Sanibel Harbour Resort accommodated all of our needs while traveling with a toddler. The proximity to Sanibel Island was perfect for our teenager. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing on the lanai in the evenings and we all enjoyed the beautiful views!

Pure Bliss! We needed desperately to be away from home and "re-group"... the condo was better than we could have imagined. Incredible sights and sounds and people. Love it! Fun to just relax and enjoy some "sister" time. Well appointed kitchen - didn't lack for anything! Grocery store was close so we didn't even eat out! Went to Sanibel for some sightseeing but that was it... no need to leave when everything was so perfect! I have never been more relaxed. I still feel calm!!! We'll be back...

What a beautiful place to stay while on our trip to Fort Myers, Florida. We were down for a baseball showcase at Jet Blue Stadium. The location of the condo was great. There were great restaurants and shopping near by. The condo was well equipped and lived up fully to the expectations. Nice large rooms, the Lanai was amazing, not to mention the sunsets. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, watching the boats go by, and enjoyed the sounds of crashing waves. We hated to leave, but hope to return one day soon. 5 Stars***

We had a wonderful time in your condo. There were four adults and one toddler and we had plenty of space. The condo is gorgeous and the location couldn't be beat! It is right on the water and very close to Sanibel Island. There was so much to do and we even took advantage of the wonderful spa. Thank you for sharing your home with us! The owners were very responsive as well with any questions we had. It made the trip very easy.

I would highly recommend this property for those considering a relaxing vacation. The unit is well-kept with all the amenities you could need. There were even beach toys, chairs, a cooler and umbrella provided - this was a nice surprise! The beach on the property is not a swimming beach, the water is very murky. We drove to Sanibel each day and visited the public beaches on the island which were fantastic! The drive to the beaches, shopping, restaurants, supermarkets took no more than 15 minutes. We frequently found ourselves sitting on the lanai watching the boats, sunsets and attempting to spot dolphins or manatees (we saw both!). We were looking for a relaxing, low-key beach vacation with our 2-year old daughter and it was everything we hoped for! I would seriously consider visiting the area again and staying in this condo.

My husband and I celebrated my birthday at this lovley condo!We loved the views, the beautiful weather! We made gourmet dinners in the perfect kitchen and also enjoyed the food and service at the restaurants. Watching the sunset while enjoying a glass of wine on the beach was heavenly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Harbour Tower 413 at the Sanibel Harbour Resort. This condo has had some updating with other aspects in original condition. Size and layout worked well for our family -- with 4 teens/young adults in addition to us two parents. The view was fabulous and we really enjoyed the screened in balcony which, when the sliding doors were opened fully, functioned as an additional outdoor 'room'. The condo was supplied with virtually everything we needed for cooking (which we did frequently) as well as beach chairs, sand toys, and an umbrella, which we really appreciated when we headed to Sanibel for shelling! My husband found the master king bed too soft for his liking and we needed some minor repairs to the bathtub (which still didn't function properly) and kitchen cupboard doors but the property management staff were very helpful in addressing the issues and the issues were minor inconveniences in an otherwise very pleasant stay. In terms of the condo amenities, the pool, whirlpool, and deck were lovely and well-maintained, with a view of the water. We loved the location, especially for its proximity to Sanibel/Captiva, as well as for the other activities that we enjoyed (golf, mini golf, shopping). All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would love to return!

My family and I stayed for a week and felt right at home. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated, offers fantastic bedding and has a well-stocked kitchen. My husband and boys loved fishing off the pier and the sunsets were amazing. We also loved the nearby bike trails and the well-equipped health club. Tina was great to work with and the local management company made check in easy and was there to answer questions.

This is a beautiful condo--clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the bay. The pool was great, but the beach in front of the condo was small, and it's a 15-20 minute drive to Ft. Meyers Beach or one of the Sanibel Island beaches.

We love the location as the causeway to Sanibel is just outside your door and is a beautiful drive over to the beaches. Everything was perfect. The condo was big, clean, well docorated and very homey! We couldn't believe our view too. The location was ideal for getting around town, getting to Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Ft. Myers Beach and more! The owners took great care to ensure we were happy with everything.
