Our Updated Water Front condo at the Sanbel Harbour Resort and Spa is a 2 Bedroom unit with Panoramic Views of San Carlos Bay. Our condo complex is direct Water Front with a Private Beach. We have a New kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances and Granite counter tops. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and TV. The Master Bedroom has been Updated with New everything and has direct access to the Lanai with Great Bays Views. The Guest Bedroom has 2 twins beds and a HDTV. We have a Washer/Dryer in the unit.

This place was absolutely spectacular. We enjoyed the harbor views from the screened in patio. The unit is extremely spacious. We had 2 couples and never felt crowded. The check in and check out process was easy and convenient. The location was very good too...close to everything you need. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend for any group.

Jim is so easy to rent from, a true pleasure with whom to deal, we've been going to his condo for at least 5 years. The condo is beautiful and the view can't be beat, and it's an amazing value. The kitchen is new, as is the living room furniture and bedroom decor. You have access to 3 pools at the Sanibel Harbour Resort plus their restaurants; it's like staying at a resort but with all the roominess and comforts of home. What we like best: how easy Jim makes it, the view from the lanai, and the convenience of the location. Don't pass up this opportunity!

This place far exceeded expectations! The condo was spacious and the view from the balcony was spectacular! The sunsets were glorious! The beach was private with white sand that was soft as powder. Pelicans were flying and diving for fish right in front of us! Some dolphins came within 30 yards of the shore. The spa was wonderful if you like to be pampered! It included a wonderful large fitness center with weights, weight machines, and many exercise machines. It also had a sauna and indoor pool. The resort had multiple pools and a dinner cruise and places to rent kayaks. If you are looking for more fun, there is mini-golf, dolphin cruises, and more restaurants close by near Fort Meyers beach. Also Sanibel Island and Captiva are close as well. The owners were helpful and wonderful to deal with. I hope to be able to go back some day.
