We can't say enough good things about our stay. The condo was beautiful. It was very clean and well maintaned. This condo was a corner unit with outstanding views of the water and pool. Very spaciaous unit. Since we were after spring break - it was very peaceful which we loved. The pool was very clean and warm enough to be comfortable and refreshing. If you wanted something more lively or something to eat/drink you had access to the Marriott next door to the unit. We found the location perfect - it was a short drive to the island or Ft. Meyers for dinner. We Truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back next year.

Beautiful place, very comfortable..this condo is perfect ...the view is definitely paradise and the condo is well put together. You don't need anything. We have stayed at many places and this is by far the most beautiful, user friendly and the owner and management are superb!!! Can't wait to go back...thank you for a great visit... :)

We had a great week at this lovely condo. This was our third year having a girl's getaway ( 5 of us ) and this was the nicest accomodation by far. Sat out on the huge lanai in the evenings watching the beautiful sunset. Easy access to Sanibel Island and shopping. Went next door to the Marriott for drinks and dinner. Great place. Enjoyed the welcome basket. Thanks, Meri

The condo was spectacular and well maintained, everyone was so helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this condo, it was one of the best condo's that we have ever rented. Thank you accord Real Estate!
Even though the weather was a little chilly (record lows) we still had plenty to do and it always warmed up in the afternoon. Loved it all and it was definitely worry Free!

The location of this condo was beautiful. It was like new, spotlessly clean and perfectly decorated. Watching the sun set into the Gulf was awesome. I highly recommend it.

Just wanted to pass along my thanks for a wonderful week in Fort Myers. The condo was fabulous - hassle free arrangements, welcome basket upon arrival, beautiful accommodations and views! We had a fabulous week with great weather. I just wish the pool was open beyond dusk - Ilike evening swims and the use of the hot tub in the evenings. After a week of weather in the 80's, that is all I could complain about!!! Lovely condo and I would highly recommend!

This was our 3rd trip to Florida in 2012 and the best! The condo was spectacular - everything we needed and extremely clean. The view was great with the pool and the gulf just outside our windows. What a plus to have the resort just steps from our condo with so much to offer! At least 3 restaurants, 2 large pools, spa, fitness center, lunch on the patio, private yacht for brunch or dinner, etc. etc.. One of our favorite things was to have drinks and food served to us at the resort pool while lounging in our chairs. We just had to put our flag up to have service! We went to the spa 1 day - it was a real treat! We had facials and hair cuts. Then we sat around relaxing with cucumbers on our eyes. The resort is lush and beautiful and just minutes from Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. When you rent a condo, you usually just get the room and pool (and hopefully the beach). This condo was over the top with the available amenities. We all decided it was our favorite place to be!!
Ps The condo has the washer and dryer in a kitchen closet. The description didn't really say this so we were happy to find out we could do our laundry right there. They also have a keyless entry which is great when you have more people than keys. -

We were looking for a 2 bdrm./2 bath condo in the Marriott resort complex and I stumbled upon this one. It fit our needs perfectly, the rooms are gorgeous and spacious, the Master bedroom has it's own door to the balcony and we had a wonderful view of the water. We had 6 adults staying in the condo with us and I also had to wash the bath towels everyday but, I didn't mind since I was in Florida! The only issue we had was that we did not have enough hot water, but that was taken care of quickly! The balcony was very spacious and had plenty of seating for everyone. We were in town for a family wedding and our whole family gathered everyday/evening on our balcony. The view was gorgeous and we loved being able to have the balcony doors fully open to let the air in (no air conditioning needed)...indoor/outdoor living at it's best! The owner Meri was wonderful to work with and the Management team of Scott & Marianne were also wonderful to work with, they are so nice and friendly..just ask and they will do anything for you.
The location is perfect because it is the last exit before you reach the bridge to Sanibel Island, we took a quick 4 hour trip to the beach! There are numerous restaurants and grocery stores within a few miles of the condo!
We had a fabulous time with our family and are talking about another trip..I would book this condo again!

My husband and I along with another couple very much enjoyed our stay in your condo. It was very beautiful but I wish someone had told us about the Noseeums. We would have brought Skin so Soft, like it was suggested to us after we arrived. We were not able to sit on the balcony even though it is screened. The beds were very comfortable but there was not enough bath and kitchen towels,glasses and dinner ware. We had to wash towels daily. The beach towels were a nice addition. The pool and view of the bay was beautiful and the sunsets were the prettiest I have ever seen. I would definatley come back. Thanks for a great vacation.
