it was quiet in beautiful. Dolphins and manatees each morning in the view. It was quiet but easy access to the full Marriott Resort facilities. easy quick access to Fort Myers Beach and Santa Bell.

This two-bedroom condo was perfect for my family of five. Besides the master, my two younger kids had the room with two twin beds, and my teenager loved the privacy of the pullout couch in the living room. All bedrooms have a tv. The water views from the condo and from the master bedroom are beautiful. We sat with the kids and had breakfast on the screened in porch every morning and we were able to watch ships, boats, and most importantly dolphin! You have the option of using the pool for the condo or the Marriott hotel pool with a snack bar and bartender. The beach below the condo has many reclining beach chairs for your use. The location is perfect. Sanibel is just the causeway away ($6 charge to go over) with it's delicious restaurants and beautiful beaches. Ft. Myers Beach is about a 20 minute drive which goes quickly and the ride is scenic. The owner of the condo is very quick to respond and is happy to help with anything. The office crew at the condo is very welcoming and even called to make sure everything was to our liking and helped us learn more about the area. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect getaway. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and meticulously maintained. The glass doors to the screened balcony roll back to create a sense of one enormous room directly on the water. The views, and especially the sunsets, from the balcony were incredible. We sat out there for hours, starting with morning coffee, watching the dolphins frolic and the fishing boats and yachts sail by.
It was great that there weren't hoards of bathers at the pool, hot tub, and beautiful, sandy, private beach because they're only for the condo's residents/guests.
To make matters better, the Marriott is a two minute walk away which made it convenient to enjoy the hotel's breakfast buffet, sunset dinners, and waterfront bar and then stroll back "home."
The only complaint was that it was difficult to leave the balcony and upsetting to have to miss any sunsets.
Scott and Mary ann couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating.

We had a terrific time in Florida. The condo was excellent - very nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the beach right outside the condo - it was a great alternative when we didn't want to fight the traffic and crowds at the much busier beaches. And the first night our boys saw two dolphins swimming close to the pier. It was a magical time and we can't wait to come back!!

Fantastic view from the balcony ...Having your own beach and pool is great... The Condo has everything you need and is very well equipped.
Having the Marriott Hotel right next door worked foe me... No need to drive to have a cocktail! Would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a stress free vacation . With Sanibel Island right on your door step it really is a fab location. -

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Bay View Towers for the month of February. Beautiful views, nicely appointed condo with many upgrades. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, visits to the resort and seeing manatee and dolphins from our lanai. If it had not already been rented for February 2014 we would be visiting next year.
