We recently returned from a five day stay at Unit 232. As soon as we opened the door, we were greeted with a beautiful view of the water. For us, this is the indication that a vacation has started. The unit is quite spacious with two bathrooms and and two bedrooms. We only used the one bedroom, but I did appreciate having access to a deep tub in the other bedroom. Since I am 8 months pregnant, we were looking for a more quiet experience. We made good use of the screened in porch, but only used the on site pool and beach once. The beach on the property is good because it is close, but does have sea grass in the water. I waded out and then swam over it. I was glad we rented a car to visit nicer beaches. The concierge at the Marriot were extremely helpful in identifying restaurants and activities.
The location provided great access to Sanibel Island or Ft. Myers or Naples farther south. Beach towels were provided for our daily trips to the beach. We visited almost every beach on Sanibel and Captiva. Although there is steep $6.00 toll to go to the island we were still happy to have access to other areas. We went grocery shopping at the Publix 2 miles away upon arrival to stock up for our stay. This allowed up to prepare breakfast and bring snacks to the beach. We had a great time overall and even did all of our laundry before we left.
The only drawback was the wireless in the unit never worked for us. We were so busy that I never called to have them address it, but it wasn't a major setback. -

My twin 12 year old daughters and myself arrived on New Years day and had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and view stunning. I love to walk and we were in an area where I could walk and feel very safe. Pool was very nice and clean. Centrally located to shopping, beaches and most anything you would want to do. We ventured over to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers beach, outlet shopping and restuarants. Would defintely, definitely stay there again, in fact already making plans to do so. You won't be disappointed!!

Our newly renovated condominium was beautiful! The view of the harbour and sunset was breathtaking. Mary ann and Scott Lodde, were extremely helpful with dinner and activity suggestions.
