We offer beautiful affordable Fort Myers Florida vacation condo rentals featuring one and two bedroom non-smoking condos starting at $295 per week for a 1 bedroom or $395 for2 bedroom (Summer Specials). That's a little over $43 per day, a lot cheaper than a Motel and a lot more room! Monthly and Snow Bird packages are available. Our condos are private family owned and operated and are our home away from home too. Our condos... are conveniently located just off of Tamiami Trail (St. Rt. 41) on Constitution Blvd.

Our affordable $295 per week (Summer Specials) Ft. Fort Myers Florida vacation condo rentals are close to Captiva Island, Cape Coral, Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs, and with a little driving time go can get to Epcot, Disney World, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Florida Keys. It's a resort setting featuring a nice pool and club house, tennis court and barbecue equipment. The Fort Myers RSW airport is only 20 minutes away. We are close to beaches and the gulf. If playing golf is your game it's right around the corner at San Carlos Golf Course. Deep sea fishing, swimming, and gulf water sports are all along the Fort Myers Beach area so pick your pleasure and have a great stay in south Fort Myers Florida in one of our lovely spacious condos.

Location, Location, Location

Fort Myers is amazing this time of year. The weather is perfect, the beaches are beautiful and discounted rentals are easy to find. Many rental owners are offering specials rates to fill their empty weeks for summer $295 a week for a 1 bedroom and $395 a week for a 2 bedroom.

Living room, kitchen, dining area, full size washer and dryer in your condo. all in over 1000 Square feet of living space in the 2 bedroom. There is room enough for 4 people..master bedroom queen bed/full private bathroom. guest bedroom has queen or 2 twins/private full bathroom. With a TV in each bedroom plus living room that also has a sofa, 3 TVs and dvd/vcr . Relax on the beach or by the private pool and club house . You will absolutely love your stay. Across the street on the canal is a very bait shop were you can rent fishing poles or even a boat to go out into the gulf fishing with your family. Beautiful pool with tennis court.

Our non-smoking condo rentals are located in Fort Myers Lee County area of Florida. Approximately 15 min to Fort Myers and Bonita beaches and 20 min to Fort Myers RSW airport. Sanibel and Captiva Islands are about 30 minutes away. There are a number of golf courses in the area.
Disney World, 3 ½ hrs; Sea World, 3 ½ hrs; Busch Gardens, 2 hrs; Florida Keys, 5 ½ hrs. Also find fine dining, fishing, swimming and Gulf water sports near by!

  We checked in for7 nights. The condo was very nice and clean making it a pleasant stay. But what most impressive was the outstanding service by Tom , Tom who went over and beyond the call of duty to help us. I felt I was at a Mercedes Benz store with his assistance and degree of helpfulness.The Springs was the best deal in Florida.
  Great Location and only 15 minutes to Beach. Thank you for a great vacation!

  This place is absolutely wonderful in my opinion. Great comfortable accomodation. Beachy, relaxed, laid back. The unit has everything you need, and I really cant fault it at all. The outside pool area was fabulous for our family, we were only people there, We had a great time. Its a few steps from the best beach in the world! Also very handy for Publix supermarket, and a short drive to some excellent restaurants.
  I cant recommentd this unit highly enough and we are already planning to come again.
