This spacious corner condo unit has a beautiful sunset view overlooking a pond and the 13th green of the championship bear golf course at the Forest Country Club. The current owner has been the only owner since it was built. It has been recently decorated with decorator style window treatments and bedspreads, leather sofas, and stainless steel kitchen.     Fort Myers, Florida is a wonderful community consisting of many golf courses and nearby beaches of Sanibel Is., Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Beach. It is noted for it's interesting wildlife and terrific weather and beautiful beaches and golf courses. Our condo is located in south Fort Myers at the Forest Country Club which is a 36 hole championship golf course, meticulous maintained and owned by the members.  It was carved out of the forest 32 years ago and still has the old cypress, oak and palm trees.  The flowers and shrubs are absolutely beautiful. There are many kinds of birds, including eagles, herons, and Ibis.  Our club is very friendly and inviting with a party atmosphere. We also have a tennis and fitness center.  It is very convenient as nearby are the top notch restaurants, grocery and plenty of shopping centers.  Live theatres we have are Barbara Mann Theatre, Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre and the Florida Repertory Theatreas .  We also have the Naples Philharmonic Center between Fort Myers and Naples.  This city was also the winter home of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford which are very interesting tourist attractions.
