We loved this property and the excellant condition it was in. Great kitchen supplies. Our family had no trouble making meals, lots of dishes and utensils. The pool was excellant and nice and warm with lots of fun pool accessories. Don't mind paying extra for it when it comes on early and warms up quickly. Wish we had known we could have a BBQ if we wanted. It's location is excellant, close to beaches and shopping. Had wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone.

This is our 7th time at the villa so you can tell we love it. Wellington Lakes is a small friendly place to use as a base while enjoying all that Fort Myers has to offer. The beaches are truly stunning and with lots of places to eat and shop what more could you possible want. We will be back.

This holiday was superb. The house was extremely clean and comfortable and we loved having lounge windows that looked out on the lake and not just patio windows on the pool. We did not have to drive miles to enjoy outings and supermarkets and eateries were nearby. The one thing that i would have changed was the sun loungers which we thought were uncomfortable and ready for renewal but despite that very minor detail we are definately intending returning next year.
This is the first time that we have dealt with Universal Vacations directly and everything went smoothly and we will not hesitate to do the same again.

We were in the area for my daughters wedding on Sanibel Island.
Wellington lakes is a lovely area and this villa was perfect in every way and will always be special as the house my daughter and I left from for her wedding.
It is very quiet with stunning views over the lake ,yet all amenities are within a short drive.
Highly recommended -

This house was extremely clean and met all of our needs for our stay in Fort Myers. The house is located in a quiet and safe subdivision and we were able to enjoy all of the ammenities that were offered with the property. The pool was enjoyed by all and we were very pleased with the property. I must add that the rental process was easy and painless. Even though I arrived in Fort Myers after the office had closed, they had my property packet readily available in a lock box which I was able to access after-hours! Everyone on the vacation enjoyed this property and we believe that the rental of a house is a much better alternative to staying in a hotel!

6th time to the Gulf Coast and 5th time staying at this villa. We love going in January as its so quiet everywhere. You get the beaches to your self and its usually in the 70's. The villa is in a nice spot in a dead end road, so very quiet. The neighbours are either retired or at work, so again no noise. Everything from a supermarket to restaurants to shops and beaches are all close by.
We have always had good friendly service from Gary and his team at Universal in Fort Myers.
We love doing nothing but lazing around and will be back again next year.

This was our 2nd year in this area as we had the most wonderful vacation the first time we booked the same again. The villa was really beautiful with everything we needed. We were however a little disappointed (especially our 8 year old son) that our pool heater had malfunctioned so we could not use the pool during our stay. The local area shops and beautiful beaches made the stay even more wonderful and relaxing, its got to be one of our most favourite of destinations - beautiful !

Our family (a group of 7) had a great stay in Fort Myers at this property. We had 5 adults and a 2 year old and a 5 year old and the home had lots of room for all of us. The location was excellent -- close to shopping, dining, ballparks and other attractions. Heated pool was well worth the fee -- worked great, almost like a bathtub. The reason we gave 4 stars was the BBQ -- chained up in the garage, not user friendly. Usually when you rent a place like this for a week you'd like to bbq a few nights -- maybe they had problems in the past or some other good reason. One other minor nuisance -- the no-see-ums (biting midges). 2 people in our party must have been very allergic to the bites (2nd year in a row in Fort Myers) -- worse than the itchiest mosquito bites. Strangest thing though was that the other 5 people, including the kids, weren't affected at all and we all travelled to the same places, were outside at the same times, etc. It must have something to do with genetic make-up. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.
