We stayed in this villa early May and would thoroughly recommend it. The check in at Universal Vacations was achieved with a minimum of fuss, with good directions and advice with regard to local shopping etc. The villa itself was very clean and furnished to a high standard. The pool overlooked one of the three lakes and there was an abundance of wildlife to watch. Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach and Fort Myers were all within ten to fifteen minutes and the local supermarket was only five minutes away. We felt very at home and look forward to returning.

We stayed at this house from march 29th - april 5th. We were a party of five: two adults and 3 kids aged 11, 5 and 4. The house was perfect for us. It is close to the beaches and the road to Sanibel Island. Across the street is a large supermarket where you can find everything you need. the house has a heated pool and is perfectly fournished. Very high standard.

We really enjoyed the home we rented. It was very relaxing, well equipped and close to beaches, shopping etc. I would recommend renting
through Universal Vacations...great people and very helpful.
We have rented from them for many years and recommend them highly.
Can't wait until next year!!! -

We enjoyed how peaceful our surroundings were. We felt very safe. The home was very well equipped. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the gas grill & the bikes. We were really looking forward to go biking. The bikes were locked up, which is understandable becuase they were nice bikes. It would be nice to have a couple of bikes to use for the guests also. The carpet was very dirty. Otherwise, the place was very well and we would definitely go back and will be recommending it to others.

Thank you for your review, and we have taken note of the issues raised, Unfortunately the bikes belong to the owner which is why they were locked, Universal vacations do offer a bicycle rental service, so perhaps next time you visit we can arrange prior to arrival. Regarding the carpet, the owners have had the carpets replaced during the summer.

Loved the location and the fact that it was well equipped for us Brits ! Great to see an electic kettle.. The villa was in a perfect setting overlooking the lake and in a great location for exploring.. I do think the fact that there was guest book makes everything feel a bit more personal. We really appreciated the fact that we knew the names of the owners and i do feel as such we were a lot more respectful and appreciative of the environment that if it was owned by some faceless corporation.. Your service was also quick and seamless and we thank you for that also..
