This house was everything it said it was. Upon arrival, we had an air conditioning issue, and someone came immediately to fix it. This house is in a quiet family neighborhood, and is very comfortable. There was more than enough room for our family. I can never sleep comfortably away from home, and I have to say, this was the best sleep I ever had, even better than at home! The beds are really comfortable. We went on this vacation with the intention of doing nothing but relaxing. I don't know if there is much to do around here for teenagers, but the pool is terrific, the zoo is about 25 minutes away and we enjoyed going to Sanibel Island, about half an hour away with traffic. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider this house again.

Great house with plenty of room for 7 adult men on a golf trip. Our pool heat was not working properly upon arrival, but after 2 visits from a repairman it finally got heated up mid-week.
All the comforts of home in this house -- Flat screen & DVD, appliances, wireless internet, very roomy living room & family room for gathering.
This is the sixth time we have used Universal Vacations in the Ft Myers area, and have been extremly happy & satisfied with their rentals and service. They will be seeing us again in 2014. -

Other than the aC needs fixed and the neighbors being nosy, the Home and staff at Universal Vacations were wonderful. House was tucked away from the busy areas just far enough when you want to get away and just close enough when you were ready to have fun.

There was no problem that we checked in late, because we found the documents in a safe. The house was perfect for our group. We were near the airport, but we didn`t hear any aircrafts.

My understanding is that I paid for the property in advance with a credit card. About 24 hrs before the start of the rental I requested the property address to pass on to the other attendees. I was told I could NOT have the address until someone came by to pick up the key.
Disallowing the property address to be given out until someone shows up at the rental company made the trip more difficult logistically. We had 4 folks coming from all over the country at different times over and beyond the weekend. This rule was simply "excruitiating" from a logistics standpoint.
Sometime between when the money is paid and the exact nano-second that the rental term begins is a reasonable time to inform the customer of the address of the prepaid rental unit. From my perspective, waiting until the customer shows up at the rental office is too late in the process. I am sure you guys have good reasons for this policy. I will inform you that this is the reason I will likely avoid utilizing you guys in the future for this annual trip.

Hi - I am sorry that we cannot give out the address prior to arrival, the main reason we had to implement this was to stop guests arriving too early, this can, and has resulted in guests arriving before the previous guest has vacated the property and also arriving whilst housekeeping are preparing the homes - we would love to have been able to pass the address on prior, but for the reasons outlined above, the few have spoilt it for the plenty - Gary Young Universal Vacations

I have been planning and organizing golf vacations for our group from Iowa and Illinois for over seven years. We have stayed in a variety of accommodations, but this, by far, has been our best location. The location provided us easy access to I75 which was imperative when attempting to arrive at the various courses played in a timely fashion. This also provided us convenient access to grocery stores and restaurants.
The property was in excellent shape and provided beds for six people with additional sleeping accomodations on two very comfortable sofas.
It was everything we asked for and more. We would stay here again in a heart beat.
The Universal staff was very helpful and friendly. I would book with them again.
