This was our 5th year staying in a house at Colonial Pointe for our annual guys golf trip. It is a perfect location and this was the best house we have rented yet. 4 full bedrooms, the pool and lanai and the lake out back. Also the first time we have had a grill, which was a big plus. Fishing, golfing and grilling out on the lanai. It doesn't get much better than that.
Also, the young man who checked us in was great. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He even came over one day and fixed a wireless issue for us. Very nice young man. We will be back! -

my family stayed at the above property from 27 July after 9 hectic nights at disney.We collected keysfrom friendly efficient and informative staff and settled in with four bedrooms and plenty of space for a family of four.The well stocked supermarket was within walking distance with a couple of restaurants. Fort Myers was the only one with restaurants but Sanibel was beautiful with plenty of restaurants within a short drive The pool was lovely after a day at the beach could have done with a poolside shower as there were signs advising not to swim until showered as would affect filter.Overall though we had a brilliant chill out.

Great house with lots of room. Very spacious and lots of closet space Great pool and great location with regards to close to the beach if you want to go there.
Only negative is shower head water flow is poor and lounge chairs need to be fixed. To many broken straps
Other than those 2 things it's a great place and Universal is great to work with especially Cindy. -

We like the layout of the house and how clean the house was. The metal frame by the pool needs to be repainted and the clock in the kitchen needs a battery to show correct time

Travelled with my family and in laws to FM for a 3 week holiday. This home was a fantastic base from which to visit the beaches, local attractions and a three day trip up to Universal Studios. Beautifully equipped and furnished this spacious home was everything the video tour had indicated. There is a Sweetbay supermarket within walking distance (which is huge for the us) and a Publix 2 minutes drive away. Quiet and peaceful I would recommend this as an ideal base from which to explore southern Florida.

House was great. Pool was fantastic. It would of been nice if a gas grill would come with the rental and more beach supplies, beach chairs and a cooler. These are hard to bring with you when you fly! Overall, great place to stay.

We thank you very dearly for our stay in Florida. We received great service and our home was wonderfully cozy and perfectly situated. We were very grateful that the community wasn't far from the local grocery store, or from the beach. What we also enjoyed was the privacy and the pool (size and constant tempurature. I believe we had a bit of a misunderstanding with the pool heating costs though, as we thought it was included in the package. Nevertheless, our family has been travelling to Fort Myers every winter for five years now, and we think that our stay in the home you offered us was by far the best. Thank you.

This house and the organization that handled our vacation way meet our expectations, we vere so very pleased and can absolutley recommend it to anyone intressted in staying in the Fort Myers area. It was not very close to the beach but you still need a car from most places so if the drive is 5 or 12 minutes, so what. The pool was great, the cleaning perfect, linnen, towels, tv's, everything was there.

When our son-in-law proposed that we spend a week vacation in Ft. Myers and rent a house, I wasn't skeptical at all. In fact, the picture of the house does not do it justice. The house had plenty of room for both families and privacy for whoever decided on the masterbedroom suite.
The drive to Ft. Myers beach or Sanibel Island beach was no more than 10 minutes for either one, plus the pool at the house was very enjoyable for our two grandsons. Renting the house was grea; the only thing we missed was an outside grill since we grill almost every evening during the summer months at home. I highly recommend this house for other families.
