The service from universal vacation is very professional and reliable. You get all the informations you need for your holidays. The house is comfortabel and fully furnished. We had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms , private pool with enough space for our familiy ( 5 adults). The location is very good for all kind of outdoor activitiys, like golf, minigolf, jogging or to rent a vessel. You can reach easily by car the beautiful beaches around Ft.Myers, Sanibel or Captiva Island.
If you prefer a private atmosphere and accses to a lot of activities than that property is really to recommend.

This was an excellent stay, we really enjoyed it. One area of improvement was cleanliness of the kitchen and kitchen utensils. We had to clean all plates, pans, cutlery before use, because they had mold on them. Also the furniture in the pool area needed good cleaning before we could use it. Suggested improvements:
- (better) cleaning before guests arrive
- availability of trashbags, sponges, etc would help to keep it clean (none of these were present)
- Fix the poollight
But let's not get too negative: It's a great place to be and excellent value for money! -

Great villa. Very happy there.
Only let down very slightly by lack of cutlery (there were 6 of us plus a baby so needed 5 spoons, forks etc per meal. We ate 3 meals per day so we needed about 21 of each. There were only about 5 or 6) -

The house had a great floor plan that worked very well for us. The weather was picture perfect. We enjoyed the neighborhood and neighbors, and chose this house for it's location to the airport and Hammond Stadium.
We would stay here again if we planned a similar trip! -

Loction to shopping, shows, restaurants exceptional. Front
room needs a better mattress. Co uchs in living room very uncomfortable. Linens provided of good quality and sufficient. Kitchen well equipped. -

House was very nice with plenty of room. The lania could have been bigger, very close to the neighbors with not a lot of privacy, and also wished for a grill. All in all a joyable experience.

Thank you very much for providing us with a lovely house while we were on a family vacation in Fort Myers recently. We had a wonderful, clean, spacious 3 bedroomed house with pool. Set in a peaceful resedential location which was well maintained and within easy driving range of a large supermarket and only 30 minutes drive from Fort Myers Beach.
Overall it was a great experience from dealing with Sindy on the phone who was very helpfull, to meeting her and the staff in Universal Vacations office and to the house itself. Thank you Anna Smyth and Family from Ireland.
