We got great service when we needed something they were there for us. We fill in love with the location of the house and of course the house to. There was everything there from a washer & dryer to a hair dryer love that (ours gave out). Best thing of all is the pool...got to enjoy it every evening. Will be returning crossing my fingers for next april!!!

The house was really good. Clean and tidy when we arrived and in a lovely location. The pool was fab, it overlooks a lake and looks amazing. The staff of Universal Vacations were great, the fridge broke during our stay and the staff were very helpful and sorted it out quickly.
This is a really lovely place to stay. Highly recommend it! -

House is not in a very good shape. Cleaness in floors and wardrobes was not satisfying. Interior in kitchen is very bad an was dirty. Diswasher works very poor. Old stuff in garage perfect hiding for cockroaches. No safe available. No Key for door. Desk chairs in bad condition. Air condition in minor bed rooms works not very good.

Everything regarding the house was perfect. It was ideal for our 1 weeks vacation with 16 and 18 year old children. With a car it is no problem to arrive every needed location very quick. We can recommend it.

This house was very comfortable and the pool was excellent. The neighborhood was very quiet, and for the value much nicer than a hotel rental. The beach, restaurants, shopping and tons of other tourist sites were very close. Our family had a great time, and the kitchen was also very handy during our stay. Having cable and internet was also a major plus. Overall this was a perfect house for a family of four, lots of space and again the screened in pool and porch was amazing! There is also a little lake behind the house that had tons of wildlife in it, we saw birds, turtles and lizards!

We came from Europe to Florida for a roundtrip. We assured ourselfs that it would be a good idea to stay in a vacation home for a longer time. We are sure we' ll do it..
We arrived on Saturday. We found it difficult to locate the office of Universal Vacations. Therefore Check-In only three stars. Perhaps you should think about a personal introduction into the house. For a visitor it's much easier to get along with his vacation home. Therefore Service 4 stars.
Nevertheless, the experience was worthwhile.

On arrival day we get our description out of the office post box with a good description of the way to the house!
We arrived there, but the house was occupied from other guests.it was a small mistake and when we think bag it was very funny!First it was a bit exciting for us but when i called the emergency number the team of United Vacations are very helpful and fast in solving problems.
Soon we became two other house options and so i can say that every house i have seen is beautiful!
Most of all we liked the open architecture of the house with the kitchen in the middle and the pool in front of the little lake!
It was a good choice in every way and we will soon come back again!
Our flight back was in the evening hours so i asked for al longer stay which was no problem!
Asked for this option by checkin.Only for a few dollars more it is very relaxing stay in the warm pool as long as you can!!

Spacious, clean, modern, lovely pool and view of the Lake. Supermakets and
restaurants only a short car journey away. No complaints whatsoever. We can
thoroughly recommend it!
Universal Vacations were v.professional and friendly too. We arrived late and
still everything was as it should have been (even if our navigation system did
have a little trouble finding the office :-))
