Recently stayed at this property with a few friends in February. The location was great, close to grocery stores, shops and some restaurants. Only a fifteen minute drive to Fort Myers Beach. The house was clean, open and bright. Loved the sliding glass doors that opened all the way up to the back lanai and pool. We had the pool heated which I highly recommend. We were in there for hours at a time. The layout of the house makes it ideal for families with children as there are two bedrooms and one bathroom on each end of the house so you don't feel like you are on top of each other. The kitchen was large and well equipped with plenty of dishes and glasses to get you through the week. They even had a small charcoal grill which came in handy on many occasions. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the house and will definitely be using Universal Vacations again in the future.

Prop id 248 proved to be a very clean house. The kitchen had dishes and utensils equal to the job of cooking for a household of this size. We particularly enjoyed the heated pool and the patio area. Also, the office personnel were very friendly.

My friend and I stayed here with 5 children. Felt like home from home. Inside the house was very clean and tidy, tastefully decorated and well stocked with essential equipment. Pool was excellent for the children. Area was fantastic. Close to beautiful Sanibel Island and Fort Myers beach. Amenities a very short distance away.

The villa left us wanting nothing. It vas very luxurious.
When I needed them, the staff of Universal Vacations was very friendly and very helpful. We will come back!

Lovely house & facilities. Pity the house had been cleaned sometime before we occupied it ( cobwebs around the windows and ceilings) especially as our stay was short and we had to pay extra for cleaning!
Also a pity about the ant infestation - though I assume that is a general problem in the area. We purchased a spray which helped - would have been nice if this had been used proir to our arrival and provided for us. -

The house was comfortable and the neighbours friendly. The location of the
house was good. We enjoyed the sun on the lanai in the mornings and
watching the ducks and pelicans. The only negative was that the furnishings
would benefit from a little refreshing. We think that this was a slightly older
house than the ones we had stayed in before. There was no blue bin or
garbage can. A tea pot would have been nice.
We appreciated that there were basic supplies in the house such as paper
goods and there was a supply of spices and some washing detergent.
Overall we had a great stay. We have been coming for 20 years or thereabouts
and will be back.

We enjoyed the pool and the neighborhood. The home needs some work like new flooring thru most of the house, had some pest issues and the house was not clean when we arrived(kithcen was dirty). I would not rent this home again and we have rented in this neighborhood for several years now.

We are sorry your stay was not up to expectations...however I wish you would have given us the chance to address any issues, I know I spoke with you on arrival at the house as the kitchen faucet had a leak, which was repaired immediately, at no point on the day of arrival was an issue with the kitchen not being cleaned, or carpets needing to be replaced, the first mention was the following week when you wanted compensation for your inconvenience, I guess our refusal prompted this re-view. I also notice you have not left a re-view for the property you stayed in the week prior.
