This is a very nice rental home. Has had several improvements over the past 10 years and is in good condition. The negatives would be that the master bed squeaks every time you turn over and the other beds and pillows are not great either. There is no grill, so grilling out on your vacation, :-(. And the carpeting (only in bedrooms) is the original. A little pricey, but other than those few items, it's all very good. Universal Vacations is quick to make things good, if you have any complaints. ( I marked 'comfort' as average only because of the bed. The furniture is good and outdoor furniture is very good, also)

We arrived a bit early and the cleaning staff was still at the house -super friendly and did a terrific job. The house was spotless and in a wonderful neighborhood - with easy access to any store you would possibly need. Also, property not for from Ft Myers Beach - just a hop, skip and jump away! This is our 3rd time booking with Universal Vacations and I would highly recommend any of their properties.

Directions to villa and key pick up excellent.
Villa has great location on a lovely, peaceful estate.
It was clean and met expectations.
Some of the kitchen equipment/appliances could be updated, but they still functioned adequately.
It would be useful for future guests to be provided with written instructions on how to use the bathroom shower and the TV in the lounge area.
Pool fantastic and well appreciated (especially by the kids!).
The backdrop of the lake was superb and we saw bald eagles and anhingas.
Loved Sanibel and Captiva islands - only a short drive away.
Would be very happy to stay in this villa again. -

Our family is growing to include grandchildren. We wanted a place for us all to stay together and not feel "crowded". Our adult children traveled to Ft. Myer...the airport is close..the beach is close. We had our own family reunion. This house is beautifully designed and decorated. We all felt very comfortable and safe. The grandchildren loved the pool. The adults drank coffee on the patio each am. We will come back. This was a great retreat from the cold winter weather of the North. The rental process was easy...the staff was attentive, professional, and friendly.

First time at Gulf Coast but really enjoyed ourselves. Villa was just great and the heated pool made all the difference (kids in it most of the time). Location was good with supermarket and food outlets nearby. Beach 20 minutes away. Would highly recommend to friends.

The office staff (Gary and Cindy), at your Florida location was excellent to deal with. The house was great!!! Thanks so very much for working with us in our difficult time with the recent loss of our dad. My sister and I along with our families needed this break and your hospitality and friendly assistance was truly appreciated. The beaches were beautiful, everything needed relatively close and traffic was light. Loved it!! Again thanks, highly recommend!

The location of the villa was wonderful with very friendly people around us. The villa itself was good and the pool was a good size. The only thing that let it down was that it could have been cleaner (it needed dusting and the dishes were dirty and had to be washed by ourselves before we could use them)

The house was very nice, clean, and gave us plenty of room. There were 11 of us and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. It was very nicely located and we traveled around the whole southern part of Florida. Close to grocery store and drug store. Pool was fantastic, the kids looked forward to coming home at night so they could hang in the pool. Quiet neighborhood. A quick drive to the beach. Traffic at the beach was crazy, but we had a great time there.
