We want this beautiful 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath townhome to serve as your 'home away from home'. With almost 1800 sq ft of living area, it is spacious enough for the entire family. The first floor features a modern kitchen, complete with all the appliances and dining-ware you need. The children will enjoy the snack bar, while the adults enjoy the dining area. The living room is open and features a large flat-screen TV and stereo system. The lanai, adjacent to the living room, is screened for your year-round enjoyment and offers a quiet view of the lake and fountains. For your convenience, a 'powder room' is available on the first floor.

... The second floor boasts a large master suite that has a king sized bed, a spacious walk in closet, and a large bathroom with shower and separate tub. The guest bedroom is also quite large and offers a queen sized bed, its own private full bath, and a walk-in closet. Additionally, a laundry room with linen closet and full sized washer and dryer are also provided for guest convenience.

This comfortable townhome also has a private elevator with a 29 ½ inch door opening. While the home is not fully ADA-compliant, it does allow those who cannot use or dislike stairs to enjoy this wonderful vacation home!

Two bicycles are located in the garage for your use. Take a leisurely ride through Sail Harbour and top it off with a cool drink on the lanai. The heated community pool is a short walk away.

Upgrades: Numerous upgrades are planned in the coming year. In 2012 a new 42" LED (flat screen) TV was added to the living room, as well as a new 32" LED TV in the Master Suite. A brand new Keurig (Platinum model) has been added to the kitchen, so plan on picking up some of your favorite K-cups on your trip to the grocery store. (See Guest Information Book for store locations) New sofa, love seat, and 'comfy' chair have been added. You will also enjoy the convenience of a 'netbook' (mini-laptop), computer desk, and printer -- all recently installed for Guests! If you have a wifi-enabled phone, you can connect to the townhome wifi system to reduce your data usage. A number of smaller items have also been added -- all to make your stay more comfortable, cozy, and convenient!

Our comfy townhome is professionally cleaned after each guest departs! This includes having all carpeting professionally cleaned! We feel this is the way you would want it... clean!

Located in the gated community of Sail Harbour at HealthPark, this beautiful townhome is just minutes from the Sanibel/Captiva causeway, Ft Myers Beach, and numerous locations offering fun, fine dining, and shopping. (Sail Harbour is adjacent to HealthPark Medical Center.)

The Ft Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva areas are well-known for beautiful beaches, shelling, fishing, golf, 'birding', and many of the outdoor activities that you enjoy. Self-guided walking or car tours through the Ding Darling Wildlife Preserve and a trip aboard the casino boat also vie for your attention.

You will find the problem is not 'What to do?', but rather 'How do I find time to do it all?'. That is the way it is at this premium destination.

A non-refundable 'booking fee' (the greater of $500 or 20% of lease cost for lease period) is required to reserve the requested lease period.
The 'booking fee' is applied to the lease costs.
Availability of requested lease period is not guaranteed until booking fee is received and confirmed by Owner.
Balance of lease cost, cleaning fee, security deposit, and state tax is due no later than 15 days before start of lease.
Security Deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure (less any costs for loss, excessive charges, or damages).
Application Fee payable to Property Management Company 45 days prior to start of lease.
