The Wischis-Florida-Home “Beach Pebble“ was built in 2003 and is located in the gated community “Beachwalk Isles,“ approx. 25 minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport Fort Myers. The house is close to Sanibel and Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach and the various shopping possibilities in this area.
On 1,850 sqft. of living space you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge living room. . The spacious and bright living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a stereo-system, and a DVD player. Of course the three bedrooms and two bathrooms are fully stocked with bedclothes and towels.
