Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva and great restaurants! Also, very close to the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox spring training facilities.

Our family stayed at the Nardine's home during a baseball tournament that our son played in during the 4th of July holiday week. The location was so convenient to the fields, restaurants and other activities.
The Nardine's home was immaculate and very well equipped. We had looked at getting two hotel rooms for our family at a cost of $1100 for the week. The townehome was a much better deal for us and we had some room to spread out. I would highly recommend this home for any vacations. -

This place is perfect for a quick or long stay. It has all the comforts of home already waiting for you, with 3 large bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances. The location is ideal for all family members. Close to golf courses, shopping centers, a plethora of restaurants, and beaches. Our trip was only 5 days long and we were able to enjoy fine dining, casual dining, and everything in between. Miller's ale House which is only about 5 minutes away was our favorite. Fort Meyer's beach is only a short drive away where the beaches were wide and the water was warm. The little town on the beach provided great places to grab lunch and a drink in the middle of the day, and public parking was easy to find even on a holiday weekend (we were here during Memorial Day.) Fort Myers is also only a quick 2 1/2 hour drive from Orlando where we spent 2 days at Universal Studios.
We would definitely stay here again, and look forward to staying again in the future.

Had a really great stay. I had rented this unit twice last year. Has all the conveniences of being at home but on a vacation We could eat out or at home. The kitchen is full. Dishes pots pans... It is close to shopping and the freeway. The Twin and the new Boston Red Socks Spring training fields are close if you plan to attend Spring training.
The owners are very accommodating and maintain the appliances and facility. Pool is has been never crowded. I plan on using this unit again in 2012.

We were fortunate to use this townhouse from February 2 - April 2.
Everything you may have read in the discription is there plus more. This is a well kept unit. The owners are a very caring couple and if some minor thing goes wrong, they are quick to fix it so that your stay remains undisturbed. The kitchen is large with all the necessay pots, pans, dishes,and cutlery. There are many extras that had been included .The sofas in the family room are very comfortable. The master bedroom with its walk in closet is huge. The other two bedrooms are a good size. Both bathrooms upstairs are very nice as well as the powder room downstairs. There were plenty of towels and bed sheets.
The pool area is very close by . It is a great place to cool off. The exercise room is on the small size but when we were there not many people were using it.
There is a Super Wal Mart as well as a Publix within a 15 walk or a 2 minute drive. The property is a 5 minute drive off the I 75.
Two things that may be lacking in this area: 1) if you are a walker, there are no walking paths in the immediate area. 2) if you are a beach person, Ft. Myers Beach is difficult to access because of the one bridge over to it. It really gets congested especially with college students during Spring Break. Add at least another 50 minutes travelling time. As for the other beaches in the area , they are very good but be aware of parking and add another 30 minutes travelling time.
Nick & Donna had provided beach towels and 2 beach chairs. They also provided a B.B.Q.
All in all this was an excellent place to spend a holiday. -

Had a really nice stay. All the conveniences of home on vacation that you cannot get at a hotel. It was so great to get up any time, no problems with hearing doors slam or people running down the halls of a hotel or worrying about maids needing to get in to clean the rooms etc. Being able to cook meals was not only cost effective but made it so we just seemed to come and go easier, if we felt like eating out we could ,if not we grabbed a bite to eat at home. Able to get to the beaches close by but felt we has our own private place. Used the side walks to take walks in the evening and watch the wonderful sunsets. Could not have picked a better place to stay. I -75 , shops. stores close by. Would use again, my first time in Ft. Myers

We found our stay to be beyond our expectations. We felt as comfortable as being at home. It was a beautiful gated community, situated in close contact to all Ft Myers attractions. The condo was absolutely perfect for our group of five. Wonderful accommodations with amenities galore, we wanted for nothing. Will return in the future.

I stayed here for a week with my husband and some friends. The neighborhood where the house is located is very nice and the amenities of the complex are great. The pool and fitness center are clean and quick walk from the house. The house is equipped with anything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked and we took full advantage and made some home cooked meals while we were there. This house is perfect for a family get away or even for a couple on a vacation. The rental is an end unit so you get extra privacy. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone and can't wait to go back again.
