We went here in November because our trip to NY was cancelled due to the hurricane. Anita and Ricardo were very helpful with our last minute change of plans.
The place was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The views were amazing. You could even see dolphins from the balcony. We would definately rent from them again! -

My husband and I just experianced this area for the first time in mid October. The weather was perfect but the best part was our condo. The convience to the beach was closer than we have ever been before. We have always stayed on the Gulf side of South Florida and if you have been there you know how wide those beaches are. Now this area totally took top prize with the views,white sand, and peacefullness of it all. The condo was lacking in nothing, well except the groceries. We will definatley be going back, and not soon enough. Thank you all for a very memorable vacation. Hope to see you sooon.

We were thrilled with our stay at your home in Fort Walton Beach.The location was perfect. The weather cooperated great. We had a very relaxed time. Everyone enjoyed both the pool and the beach. How nice to have the 2 beach chairs and umbrella. It was just the right time to go--no crowds there were times when we were the only ones at the pool.
The view from the condo was beautiful. The restaurants were great and it was nice to have the suggestions.
Having the washer and dryer was a big plus.The condo was very clean.
We would certainly return there.

This is the second time for us to stay at The Blue Dolphin. Let's just say we are in love. Several upgrades from when we visited in 2011 and it includes all the comforts of home, we enjoyed our stay immensely. Can't wait to go back next year.

We had the great fortune to recently stay at anita and Ricardo's beautiful condo. I have to say this was the best vacation we have taken- ever! Wonderful experience to work with The Moreno's and the condo exceeded our expectations.

All was clean and well decorated. My few complaints would be 1)the Sandman condos behind the unit,there were several college age kids and they were very noisy, 2) the security lights outside would shine into the bedroom window at night, it would have been great to have black out blinds. It is a great location, not close to the larger units and had excellent cooking supplies.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Blue Dolphin. The view from the condo was beautiful. It is a very comfortable condo for a family of 4. Enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrella set up for us each day. An extra umbrella can be rented daily for $25, if available. Since there are very few units in the building, it was as if we had our own private beach. We will definately go back.

This is our 3rd stay at this unit. The unit is well furnished and the view of the Gulf from the balcony is breath taking. We like that it is an end unit too! Covered parking is a blessing.

Over the years this has become our favorite beach condo to stay at. Affordable, on the beach, chairs & umbrella provided & set up for you, nice pool, and up to date condo. Our hosts anita & Ricardo have always treated us well and there is good communication. There are restaurants and shops nearby and if you desire more shopping, restaurants, and entertainment Destin is less than 10 minutes away. This is a nice place, have fun!!!

I found this condo about 3 years ago. When I saw the beachfront view, I knew it was what I always wanted. Love the furnishings, the underground parking, the beach service and the short drive to all the action. But the "star" is the view of the sugar-white beach. Also, neither the condo nor the beach is very crowded. It is just great!! I don't plan to stay anywhere else.

The condo was everything we could have asked for. Comfortable,handy to get around the area & so cosy. The access to the beach was great as was the swimming pool. I would not only recommend this condo but plan to return when I can. The owners are a joy to work with !!

My family and I stayed at the Blue Dolphin from april 30, 2011 through May 7, 2011. The weather was perfect. The beach felt like it is your very own personal beach.It was never crowded and very kid friendly. The condo was amazing! Words cannot describe the view we were forced to wake up to each and every morning. It had everything that a family could possible need/want. From beach toys to board games, and every cooking utensil imaginable. We save so much money making our own meals and searching for the places we most look forward to eating out at. You must eat at Old Bay Steamer,for wonderful seafood (it is within walking distance. Our boys love pizza...you must eat it at The Mellow Mushroom, in Destin! Also we loved McGuires, also in Destin.
Our boys were 11 and 8 when we were there and they said hands down this was their favorite vacation. My husband and I would have to agree that it was by far the most relaxing vacation we have been on. In fact our boys have already made plans for our next trip to Florida and we would not change a thing. The renters were so good to us! We look forward to our next stay at the Blue Dolphin! -

Suite 204 was nice. Had all the beach toys needed for any age. Beds and kitchen supplies were good. Family room furniture was junk and couldn't be sold to a college kid. The couch was so broken down only one person could sit on it. The building was clean and the pool was very nice.

We appreciate any comment by our guests to make future visits more enjoyable for others. As caring owners, we pride ourselves on maintaining our condo with quality comforts. In the absence of premature wear or the calling to our attention, we follow a replacement schedule to ensure a memorable experience for our guests. We find the characterization of the furniture as "junk" rather harsh.
As of this writing we have not had any reason to question the look, quality or feel of the furniture in our home. Nonetheless, we intend to validate Ms. Stratton's assertions and based on our findings take immediate and appropriate steps to resolve. -

We decided to come to Ft. Walton Beach for the first time and wanted to find a nice, clean and quite place right on the beach. Well, this was the place for us. As we first walked through the door we could see down the hallway and into the front room which faces the ocean. The view was absolutely spectacular to say the least. The condo was very clean and had all of the comforts of home, including all needed dishes, dishwasher and other essentials. The beds were queen size and very comfortable and the decor was tasteful and elegant. Being so close to the beach was amazing and we went there every day for several hours. One thing that we loved was that the beach was not crowded at all and it was very clean. I liked the fact that two chairs and the umbrella were set out for us each day and taken down at night. There was a closet full of beach toys as well for the kids and a couple of boogie boards to boot. We would definitely stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Dolphin. Anita and Ricardo were great owners to work with. They answered any questions we had very promptly and offered great dining suggestions. The home was very clean and stocked well. Beach umbrella and chair service daily was very nice. The pool was clean and heated. It was much warmer than the neighbor property where we had friends staying. By far, the best part of our vacation was the easy access to the beautiful beach and the view from our balcony. We were able to see and videotape the dolphins playing right in front of the condo. What a sight!

My family and I had the opportunity to stay at the Blue Dolphin condo #204 at the end of august and beginning of September 2010. The condo was extremely nice and nicely decorated. It was right on the beach and located close to shopping and eating. We couldn't have asked for a greater vacation. If we ever make it back to Florida, I would have no hesitation staying there again. The owners were more than helpful setting up the stay and supplying information about places to go.

I traveled to Fort Walton Beach in July 2010 with my family and both of my parents. The location of the condo is great. Right on the beach with a great view of the ocean. We spent a great deal of time watching the ocean from the balcony. The outside of the condo is very well monitored and maintained. The inside of the blue dolphin was great as well. The only drawback we found was that there was not enough comfy seats in the livingroom for 6 people. That's a small thing though, in comparison to all the other great things about the Blue Dolphin.

The condo was very nice and in a quiet location, great for children. I loved that is was a smaller complex and the pool wasn't crowded. I'm glad we decided to take this last minute, well deserved vacation...and no oil while we were there.

My family & I had a wonderful family beach vacation, May 22-29, 2010. Our condo was great & had everything we needed. We had wonderful weather while on vacation & enjoyed the beach & pool daily. We enjoyed the Okaloosa Island Pier/Boardwalk & tried out several restaurants that were great...Angler's (very kid-friendly with playground, toys & Sparkles The Clown), Fudpuckers & local Mexican restaurant behind Fudpuckers. We highly recommend the Gulfarium, so much fun for kids and adults alike. We did a dolphin cruise in Destin that we weren't too fond of, Blackbeard II. All in all our vacation was wonderful & very memorable for our family. We will be back yearly!

Our experience in Ft Walton Beach/Destin and the Blue Dolphin was more than we could have asked. I for one am somewhat reluctant to book a vacation sight unseen and from a total stranger. However, the owners handled things very professionally which took my apprehensions away. The time spent in their home was great. The unit was perfect for our family of 5 – clean, well stocked and decorated. The building is small, so if you’re not into crowds…you found the right place. The view is gorgeous and the beach is like nothing I’ve seen before. I would not hesitate coming back if it were not cross country. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We have such a wonderful time at the Blue Dolphin. We felt so pampered. The rooms were lovely and very spacious. The beach is just in your backyard and the view from the deck was unbelievable. I loved getting up each morning and going out to see the surf. Fort Walton Beach is a lovely town we had plenty to keep us busy. Anita thanks so much for sharing your condo with us, it was wonderful.

My friends and I rented the vacation home for a week. The place is beautiful. It is extremely clean and well decorated. It is very spacious and had everything we needed to cook anything we wanted. The view is amazing and the beach is rather private. I would love to go back this year. I would highly recommend this place.

The condo is very clean. Being on the 2nd floor was great, most of the time we just took the stairs, but used the elevator for our luggage, etc. Great view. Kids loved bunk beds. Had everything we needed.

This was are 1st visit to the Destin Area of Florida and are 1st stay at the Blue Dolphin #204. The unit was very nice and had all the amenities we needed. We liked the end unit and the view of the beach/ocean was breath-taking. It was only a short walk to the beach where every morning are beach chairs and umbrella were already set up for us. The owner had additional beach chairs in the unit which came in handy. I would defintely recommend Unit 204 to friends and we plan on coming back in 2010.

The Blue Dolphin unit 204 is a two BR/BA condo that exceeded all of our expectations and needs during our stay. Very cozy, well equipped and maintained with numerous amenities that are typically not provided elsewhere. For example, beach chair service, parking garage, granite counter-tops, broadband service and a heated pool. This location is definitely on our repeat list.

We chose this condo to stay in while taking our 2 boys, then ages 3 and 2, to the beach for the first time. The condo was clean, well decorated, had beach toys for the kisd to play with. My kids looooved the bunk beds...they still talk about them to this day..so much that we are thinking about getting them bunkbeds and moving them into the same room! The location is great, walk straight out onto the beach, and it was really quiet. We saw dolphins swimming almost every morning we were there. The pool was nice and clean. We would definitely stay here again!!

This was the best vacation ever for a family. The beach is beatiful, clean and white sand. We found the condo to be very clean and comfortable. We stayed a full week and only left the condo three times. Once to buy groceries and two times to eat and see the local sites. We loved staying at the condo and cooking and just relaxing on the beach. Our umbrella was up every morning with two chairs. We were able to see the dolphines in the morning from our balcony. The beach was right at our back door. The pool was clean and very well kept. I would recommend this condo to any family wishing to stay directly on the beach. Very Clean.
