My friends and I were very impressed with the condo. The rooms were well furnished and decorated, plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was better stoked than my own with every utensil imaginable! They even provided dish soap and dishwasher detergent, which I had not expected. Just a quick elevator ride to the pool and beach were the best part! My one and only gripe was that the hot tub closes at 10 an someone promptly came out and asked us to leave. I really don't see the need for that if we aren't being noisy or leavin trash around the pool deck. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

Had a very enjoyable two week stay in SG 302. The unit was very clean, spacious and had the most beautiful view on the Gulf.

The location was fabulous, small complex quick access to pool and beach. Beach attendants were fabulous, polite and really helpful with questions. Your maintenance representative was extremely helpful and again really nice to deal with.

The condo was in a great location and the size was good. The amenities were excellent and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately the condo wasn't very clean upon our arrival. The bathrooms could have used extra attention and the floors could have been swept better but other than that we had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

Unit 302 is getting a little tired but stll very comfortable. We've been coming to Okaloosa Island for 20 years and we find Brooks and Shorey the moet responsive and friendly management company that we have experienced. Thank you for making our winter so enjoyable

The dryer took forever to dry laundry which was inconvenient. The unit appeared very clean for the most part, but noticed it was kind of grimy around the baseboards. The master bed was the least comfortable of all the condos we've stayed in, and the bed itself was not very sturdy. It was very squeaky. However, the other two bedrooms had very comfortable beds. The decor is attractive, but my daughter said it needs updating! Overall, it is a good place to stay. We would probably stay there again.

The biggest issue we had were the dead fish on the beaches. This is the second vacation we have taken in 5 years at Oakaloosa Island and in both cases we had to deal with dead fish on the beaches. Other guest made the same comment so I do not believe we will be going back to this area on any more vacations. I do not believe it was just a coincidence that on two separate vacations 5 years apart that the beaches were full of dead fish. This must be a continuing problem.

We have been wintering on Okaloosa Island for many years. Unit 302 in Summerplace is the the nicest unit we have ever rented. Brooks and Shorey are very responsive to any need. We recommend them highly.

Stayed in Okaloosa Island for several years. This is the first time we tried a different condo and everything was just as we'd hoped!
Brookes and Shorey Resorts was great at getting us in for just a couple days,on the way back from Disney World. -

The beds were not that comfortable. It was questionable as to whether clean sheets were on the bed in the master bedroom. The man who walks the grounds at night was so very helpful. He was absolutely wonderful. The lady who sat at the desk in the daytime was just so so. The staff at the office where we checked in was very friendly. I think you need a check-out time of 11:00 instead of 10:00. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
