I love this complex. This is the second time I have been to this complex. The condo was large and it was located right next to the elevator and very close to parking. Also, close to pool. At first, it did not appear so, but as we investigated, we were very close to all the amenities the complex has to offer. This complex will be our yearly vacation spot.

The location and being right on the ocean was very nice. Sonja did a remarkable job arranging this place and helping us out when we arrived earlier on Monday. -

Our condo was just perfect!! Very clean and attractive. We had tons of room for our family of four, we could have fit another couple in there easily. The kids loved the pool area. My only complaint is that the beach wasn't quite as nice as Destin beach that we usually go to. It was clear the last day we were there, but most of the time it had quite a bit of sea weed. But Destin was just 5 minutes away. But Waterscape...no complaints. And booked through Dale Peterson Realty...So easy and smooth. We didn't even have to check it. Happy travelers!

This was our first time to the Ft. Walton/Destin area and we loved it. We chose this resort because of the pool area. It were outstanding. Loved the zero entry pools for children (and for me) and the lazy river was better than any other resort we've stayed at. The beach was also very nice and we liked the umbrella and chairs being there for us. The resort had a very organized 'lost and found' and we were able to get back everything we lost(hats, towels, etc.). The only negatives were the air conditioner froze up (off and on) the last 2 days we were there. Wireless internet connection would have been nice instead of one computer connection at a time. Overall, we loved staying there and would certainly do it again and recommend it to our friends.

We had a wonderful time at Waterscape. The staff were always very accomodating and friendly. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We will definatley check into staying here again in the future.

Thank you for your review of Waterscape A215 and reporting your issue with fleas during your stay. We did not have any reports of fleas or other pests from guests staying in #215 prior to or after your stay. So we would have to assume that this was an isolated instance. Pets are not allowed at any DEP Vacations rental property for this reason so unless someone snuck a pet in and was somehow not caught prior to your arrival I am not even sure how this would be possible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced during your stay but would have gladly taken appropriate measures to make your stay more comfortable should you have reported this major issue while you were vacationing here with us. We hope to have another opportunity to make your stay more enjoyable on a future vacation.

This is a great place for a young family. We took our daughter and 2 year old granddaughter with us. The place was great. It was clean and beautiful. There was so many fun things to do in the pools. I was amazed to see the number of groundsmen and security men around the complex. The only negetive aspect about our trip was the chilly nights that led to cold water. I don't think I can hold the complex responsible for this. We have all ready told people about this place.
