We are located directly on the beach and enjoy our lovely pool and Jacuzzi (in shared pool area). We frequently see dolphins swim by from our gulf front balcony. Come see for yourself, why our guests say, we had such a great time that we did not want to leave!!

Free Beach... Service (in season March - October) - includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella set up by our fun and friendly beach staff. --- Free High Speed Wireless internet access and Free unlimited local and long distance phone calls.

Accommodations: Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 4-6) - Come visit our Gulf Front 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo that is directly on the beach in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. No Smoking, No Pets allowed.

We are convenient to so many things and so close to Destin, FL. We are less than 2 miles from so many restaurants. Some you can even walk to. The Boardwalk is less than 2 miles away (we walk there from our condo along the beach). You will find restaurants that offer ocean front dining including: Anglers, Crab Trap, Black Pearl, Waffle House (we walk there for breakfast), Fudpuckers, Old Bay Steamer, High Tide .... Ice cream, shopping, souvenirs, the Gulfarium all in the Boardwalk area.

We include the following for no charge:

- beach chairs (Mar-Oct) - 2 chairs & umbrella set up by our beach service

- free high speed wireless internet service

- free local and long distance phone calls

- free washer and dryer to use in the condo

Our home is located aon the 2nd floor -- Island Princess and is directly on the Beach with a direct gulf front view. You will love our bright beachy colors, our gorgeous view and the open airy feeling of our Island Princess unit. We offer convenience to the beach, Convenient access to our unit from the 2nd floor parking level or if you prefer, you may park on the first level and ride one of the 3 elevators to the pool or beach. Restaurants, Parks, Nightlife without the hassles and traffic of the big city.

Our first priority is YOU. We want to provide the best vacation experience for you and your family that we can. Our Goal is to have a place you will want to come back to and bring your family and friends year after year. We are not a management company with 1000's of guests, we own one condo and focus on YOU. We love to share our vacation home with other families and look forward to hearing about your stay in our guest book (in our condo or our online guest book)or by email. We accept payments by pay pal (checks or credit card payments) but prefer personal checks.

  Very easy to get in out out; second floor condo on same level with parking so there are no elevators to wait for. Easy beach access with umbrella/chair setup each day.

  Relaxing Beach Vacation

  We had a wonderful time in the Ft. Walton Beach area. The condo had a beautiful view, met all our needs (is modest, not luxurary) and was convienent to shopping and resturants. It was very clean, and we had no issues with noise at night. The beach is beautiful and it is very nice to have a free beach chair/unbrella set-up each day. The location was in a quieter section, but we would prefer that and drive only 10mins or so to any activities. The kids are really into fishing, and this was the perfect spot. They could fish on the beach in the early morning, go to the pier (which is a nice walk if you like to walk the beach), or go out on a fishing boat in Destin. Great vacation!

  Fun in the Sun - Island Princess Rm 205 - June 2 - 9, 2012

  This was our second stay in at the Island Princess - Room 205. We returned for several reasons: First of all - Rachel has been in touch with us on several occasions, not just about the room, but as a friend. She is a really sweet lady and is genuinely concerned about providing a comfortable place for us to enjoy our family time...Secondly, I am convinced this is the best room in the Condo..It's on the second floor which makes it easy to access from the parking area (located on second floor level). It just to the left of the pool / hot tub area with a breath taking view of the Gulf...The room is arraigned very comfortably with a large kitchen area - Nice king size bed in the master BR and a nice Queen in the extra BR. The location on Okaloosa Island is also a plus for us as it's off the Beach Road which gets quite congested during the morning rush hour and the evening dinner crowds. Or course when we did go out to eat and shop you don't have to drive far to find whatever you want. They have great restaurants, The Commons, a great outlet mall and a lot of other Destin - Panama Beach Stuff.
  If you're planning a family vacation at one of Ten Best Beaches in the World - Please contact Rachel about this location. I promise you will be pleasingly surprised...
