This was an awesome place to stay. As we drove by the other big buildings to get there, my husband thought we were staying in one of those and was very excited for the price we paid. As I pull in the Villa he was disappointed and said we got the small one. We went inside and it's decorated so cute. He walked out to the balcony and said this is better than the big buildings cause we didn't have far to walk to the beach and we where close to everything.Watched the dolphins from the balcony. We didn't want to leave. It's a great place to stay and we will be back.

We were a little dissapointed in the accomodations. We had made a reservation at a larger facility and were given this as a substitution due to maintenance problems. Bedroom was clean and nice with a beautiful view. Kitchen was adequately equiped but not up to standard. Bathroom was horrible. So small that you hit your arm on the wall when brushing teeth. Towel holders were falling off the wall and tub was not kept clean. Also, a third story walk-up.

The unit you originally booked was a studio with only a partial view. Also a walk up and much smaller - the kitchen. I was dissapointed with my recent stay. This last visit is the third in the last couple of years and I'm afraid the Villas Capri #9 is starting to show its age. To begin with the bed was just awful- it's really time to replace it. I didn't have a good nights sleep for the week I was there. Also another minor but important thing- some of the cooking items need to be replaced. For example, the non stick frying pan *must* be thrown out; the non-stick surface has completely peeled away from the pan. This particular item was also mentioned by a previous tennant in the guest book and obviously not taken to heart by the management. The towel bar in the bathroom is still pulling off the wall (this was an issue the last time we stayed) so you can't use it. The television in the living room is old--very old and difficult to use (too many remotes and none work the volume) Now what I do love about the Villas Capri. First off- it's small and private. The beach access and view from the third floor is stellar. The kitchen appliances are very modern and a the trash disposal is a great touch. Another nice bonus is being able to use the pool/hot tub next door. The problems I mentioned are easy fixes and if addressed the Villas Capri #9 would have a long life ahead of her however if they are continued to be overlooked I'm afraid I've had my last stay at the property.

I am happy to report on the concerns that you expressed have been addressed. The bed frame was recently replaced to ensure a much more comfortable night sleep. The cooking pans have also been replaced once we received your feedback.This was the first this was reported to us, but once we were aware, we immediately took action. We are going to look further at the towel bar to see that we can get it secure to the wall and the matress will be discussed for possbile replacement. The owner of the condo takes all comments to heart and is always trying to please their guests. The carpet has now been replaced with ceramic tile throughout and the TV was updated to a larger flat screen. We hope that you will continue to stay at Villa Capri and we are excited for you to see the many changes that were made!

This was our first time to visit Florida, the condo was very nice and provided everything we needed to make our vacation a great one. Very clean, organized and if I was to have any complaints it would be that there was no laundry in the building and we had to climb four flights of stairs to get to the condo.

This unit was in a great location but needs a lot of work. Our bed frame broke when sat on and the carpet was so old it had dry rot. Southern Vacations was great and all the reps were very nice to deal with. They moved us to a better condo with more services. The owner needs to upgrade or drop the price a good deal.

There where not near enough washclothes while we where there. We had only three washclothes for three people for four nights. We called and asked for more and was brought one on our last night there. The t.v didn't work in the living room til finally someone came the third night. Yes we loved the location but not enough amenities.

We had a great stay! The villa was clean and set up well. Was just big enough for a family of 4 with small kids. The beach was awesome and you can't get better access. Right outside your door! The only issue we had was a fluke electric thing that Southern Vacation rentals tried to fix and when couldn't they made it right with a credit.

This condo was just the right size for a couple. The condo sits on the beach and the water is just feet away. It was nice not to be in a large building. We were on the highest floor [3rd] and the views were great. Would love to come back.

Just finished a week in unit on 3rd floor here. Location was fantastic-really is right on the beach. Each morning waking up to the view and sound of the beach was well worth the cost. Outside of the building could definitely use some work but inside unit was very nice. One thing should be noted-there is no elevator so expect to carry your luggage etc up a few flights of stairs. Had a problem with the cable, internet and telephone service all of which were bundled up together with the local provider company. Unit management company, however, were quite responsive and tried to rectify the intermittent internet outage immediately. Compensated us for loss of services and we had dinner and a movie on them which was a nice touch. If you are like me-you read the reviews carefully and I can truthfully say that I will rent again from them without hesitation.Photos were right on target and all dishes, linen etc provided-great coffee maker and microwave everything you need. Too many to count restaurants in the area-great shopping at the outlet mall a few miles away--public transportation around that area nonexistent -would definitely recommend a car. . Plenty of linen and I loved the keyless entry-had a great time.

We all loved the tasteful and summer-style decor of the condo. Everything was clean, new and in good shape: the kitchen utensils, the coffee-maker, the fridge and the microwave oven. They have all you need for a comfortable stay: a hairdryer and an iron, lots of towels. The bathroom is nice and clean.
The stairs to the third floor are a shocker, narrow and steep, and the building itself looks tiny between the new multi-storied constructions on both sides, but you forget about that because the view from the balcony is gorgeous! And two rocking chairs there are just the thing.
They have complementary beach service, but only from 9 to 5, so if you want longer hours, bring your own stuff, the beach is not crowded and you can always find a nice spot. -
