If your looking for all the comforts of home and then some this is the place to stay, it is extremely clean and the view is spectacular. It was awesome to sit out on the porch each morning drinking my coffee and look at the beach and it was so quiet and peaceful. There was a little book in the TV stand that we meant to write in and share our experience so others could see how much we enjoyed our stay but we forgot to do it before we left. We loved having the cute beach guy who put up our umbrella and chairs each morning too, he was very helpful and ready to meet any of our needs. The kitchen was fully stocked, so don't worry about bringing any extra dishes or cups, plenty of silverware too. We had dishwashing liquid and 2 tabs for the dishwasher. The bathrooms were fully stocked with plenty of towels and toilet paper, again...just like we were at home but felt like queens, it was my mom and myself and we enjoyed it and hope to come back even though it was large enough for more people, maybe we can bring some others with us next time. We had a little problem with the wireless internet but they worked as best they could to try and fix it, we were thankfully able to bounce off of someone elses tower so we had internet, so don't let that shy you away from this wonderful room. We have told everyone about how great our room and view was and of course showed many pictures to prove it. I can't speak more highly about the room. We found a spot in the garage that had the room # on it and we used it, we weren't sure if it was legit or not but our car never got towed so that was a plus too...lol. Hope this review helps, just don't book to many so we can't come back...haha...thanks for the wonderful place to enjoy our vacation. oh and it was very convenient to the grocery store and about 6 miles to destin, nice and quiet area, a must eat is The Old Bay Steamer which is 2 minutes from your room...yum, yum...ok, I will hush now, you know how us Tennessee folks are...lol

The Island Princess #304 was completely furnished and equipped with everything necessary for our vacation to be a success. Location was great it was close to alot of great restaurants. We enjoyed having the beach chairs included in our rent.

Very happy with this unit. Just a couple of minor things. Ice maker wasnt working and water filter needed to be changed in fridge. The guest bathroom shower door needs and adjustment to slide better. Other than that I was very satisfied with this unit!! My wife and Mom and Dad also very happy. It was a very nice stay. Building and grounds well kept. I will definitely be back!!!

Our stay was great! The kids loved it! Crab hunting at night and dolphins in the morning. The only downfall was the grills. But we ate out for dinner, which was fun. We are planning on coming back next year! Can't wait.

We all enjoyed the facility. Checking in and out was a breeze. It was very nice not having to keep up with a key.
In unit 304, something could be done to make the bedrooms darker. The site lighting was pretty bright at night and the early moring sun kept us all from sleeping late (which we all wanted to do). The wooden blinds did very little to keep the light out.
An extra dish towel would also have been very helpful.
