North CarolinaNice place, but housekeeping not doing their job

We stayed from 7/24-7/31 2011. place was nice, strong wi-fi signal, plenty of room, however, the tile floors were dirty (had bottoms of everyone's feet turning black), and the bathrooms were just so-so.
We ran some swiffer wet pads all over the tile floors and got up most of the grime, and hit the bathrooms with some pine-sol, and we were good to go.
Only other negative we noticed about the unit was that the grout in the tile shower & around the garden tub in MB needed to be re-done (it was separating into pcs).
Otherwise, it wasn't bad for the money.

We really enjoyed the Condo. It was very clean and up to date.
My disappointment was with the beach. There were dead fish on the shore every day we were there. I am not sure if this is from the oil spill or some other reason, but it saddened me to see this. I have been to this area numerous times before and never saw any dead fish on my prior visits. -

This is our second visit to Azure. We love the condo. We really enjoyed the guest beach chairs. That made going to the beach so much nicer.
The condo was absolutely spotless.
Only problem with condo was there was no ironing board.
Thanks for being the perfect rental agency. Everything was handled with true professionalism.
We look forward to our return. -

The accomodations were in excellent condition, checking in and out was easy. The pools, and oceanfront were perfect. I only wish a couple of things; I wish I had known in advance that we were not on the ocean view side (it was an angled view), and the rooms in the condo were smaller than expected. It would be nice also to be able to get to the parking garage from that side of the building somehow. Other than that we had a great stay.

The Azure on Okaloosa Island was a great resort. It was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Southern Resorts made the entire renting process easy and efficient. I highly recommend the service and location.

Great experience. From the time we booked the reservations to the time we dropped off the keys before we left. Friendly staff and great room. Service was outstanding. We had a problem with one of the toilets and maintenance fixed it rapidly.
We will definitely use Southern Resorts next time. -

I felt the home was very nice, and
it was easy to get the key and return it
at the end of the stay, but I was concern
that their were not enough chairs at the
pool and the fact that you had to get up
so early just to get a spot on the beach.
That was unacceptable. I have never stayed anywhere where that happened. So because of that I probably will not return. But overall the accomodations were very nice.
