The condo was clean ad nice. The only thing wrong with it was the tub didn't drain good and the shower door was if the track. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

My family and I had a great time staying in this condo. The only bad thing that I could think of was that their was no turn in to get to the condo. The shower in the 2nd bathroom took forever to drain and the phone in our room didn't work. The couches and bed were very comfortable and the view was amazing! The condo it self was very roomy.

We returned home last week from our stay at Sea Oats #406 and everything was wonderful! We did not have a room key to our unit, instead we had a code that would open the door. This was an excellent feature! Everyone could come and go to the beach without worrying who had the room keys/card to get back in. The unit was very clean,spacious, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. And had plenty of counter space. There is a laundry/pantry room that is connected to the kitchen which has extra laundry baskets and shelves for food and also broom, dust pan and a mop. The second bathroom has two doors; one that leads into the second bedroom and the other that leads to the dining/livingroom area. It was nice not having to travel through someones room to get to the bathroom. The master bathroom has a very large shower! It was awesome.
The sofa not only folded out into a bed, but still had room on both sides for seating even when it was folded out.
We loved how close we were to the beach (which can be seen from the balcony & also you can watch your family swimming in the pool). The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. I'm glad we chose Fort Walton Beach instead of Destin because the beach was much less crowded. The water was absolutely gorgeous and so clear.
I would recommend some rugs in the bathrooms and the only small complaints we had was the sliding door that leads to the balcony was very difficult to open and shut. We went back and forth frequently and it was annoying having to fight with the door. Also, the sliding glass shower door in the Master Bath didn't want to slide either. The bunk beds squeak very loudly at the slightest movement, but as long as children are in there, I'm sure they won't mind too much. These were not issues I felt should bring this property down to 4 stars though.
Other than that, we had an awesome trip and will definitely be back next year. -

We loved the location; it was convenient to restaurants, shopping center and Forth Walton pier. The condo was clean along with having a great view of the ocean. The heated pool, landscape and tennis courts were well kept. We suggested the condo to another family and they are going this summer.

We loved our condo, the location was great, and the view was beautiful. It was clean with the exception of the master bedroom shower door frame--it could use some attention to clean the mold and gunk. Also the remote control in the master bedroom did not work. But those are relatively minor issues. We would definitely go back.

The listing does not do this place justice! The tennis courts were in great shape, the pool area clean- but the condo itself was amazing! The bedroom with the bunks was perfect for the kids- and had their own tv! Other beds were comfortable and the view was perfect. Directly across from Fudpuckers- so we got to walk! Only downside- it is loud-- all tile-- so I would recommend to the owners to put a few rugs down to help with the sound when the kids get up before the adults!

Perfect location...we lost our car keys shortly after arriving on Friday but didn't need them because everything we needed was within walking distance. Fortunately we found the keys when we cleaned up before check-out Monday morning. Folks at the rental office really worked with us to get the dates we needed at a very reasonable price. Room was clean and furnished nicely, view was great, and there is a ton of sleeping capacity. Will not hesitate coming back. Oh by the way, the owners of the next door condo were super nice people.

There were 3 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 young children in our party. Each of us found something fun and relaxing to do while staying at Sea Oats. The unit was clean and well appointed, with the latest decor and supplies for everything you could think of. We did find the Gulf of Mexico a little cold for the younger children and the swimming pool was not heated, which would have made things more perfect. The hot tub was nice, but we had hoped to open the sliding glass doors which surrounded the tub, but we were unable to do so. The only other suggestion would be to have someone turn on the refrigerator ice-maker the morning of a customers arrival.

our family ownes two condos in gulf shores, al so i was afraid we would expect too much. we were very pleased with the condo. the unit was decorated nicely and the kitchen and baths stocked with everything we needed. we all started planning next summers visit before we left to come home.

We spent a week in the condo and it was just like being at home, except for opening our door and seeing (and hearing) the ocean!!! We had all the amenitites of home, including the washer and dryer in the condo which was a must. We loved being able to cook and not have to eat out the entire time, however, we were also within walking distance of several great restaurants.
If we ever go back, I would want to stay in the same place.
Before (and during) our trip I spoke with several people from Southern Resorts, and they were nothing but helpful and extremely nice!
I would highly recommend Southern Resorts and staying at Sea Oats!
