Left on 01/13/2013 for a stay in December 2012
My son and I enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats 207 over Christmas Week. The condo was exactly as described and we were not disappointed. We needed maintenance one day when a shower head broke, and they sent someone within a few hours. My only caution is to be sure to strictly adhere to their arrival and departure times. When we arrived, the code for our key pad didn't work. It was Sunday so I called the emergency number and was told that the system had changed and so I was given a new code, which did work. On our day of departure, we were to be out by 10 a.m. We were taking things down to the car and cut the time a bit close. When we went back for our last load it was a couple of minutes past 10 and we were locked out -- our code wouldn't work. Luckily I had noticed the realty office was down the street, so I drove there and was given a new code to get in to retreive our last items. That code didn't work, so I had to drive back again. This time, someone came back with me and used a key to get in. Everyone was pleasant, but I would have liked to have known that the code stops working at 10 a.m. on the dot.

Ohioa bit disapointed
Left on 12/05/2012 for a stay in November 2012
The sitting area was not comfortable at all. The frame of the bed in the master bedroom kept falling apart underneath the bed. The kitchen was nice and had a nice choice of utensils(except there were no hot mitts to take things out of the oven. The hot water heater temp had to be changed so the water would stay hot while showering.

LouisianaDon't count on the sleeper sofa

The condo was nice and the beach was great, however I the phone number provided to check out didn't work at all. I had to look up a number to the rental company and call them to figure out check out. Not a huge deal, but a minor inconvenience, I imagine it would have been worse if I wasn't checking out during the week. My main problem with the unit is the perception that you are getting a two bedroom condo with a standard sleeper sofa and that definitely wasn't the case. The sofa bed was not really a bed. You have to take the cushions off, pull out a sliding frame equipped with wood slats, then figure out how to put the puzzle together with the cushions to make the "mattress". This isn't a sofa bed, it's a frame to piece together sofa cushions to sleep on, no mattress at all. If I wanted to have someone sleep on sofa cushions, I would have given them something better like an air matress with a slow leak. Also, if you're interested in using the "gym" I hope you like cardio because the only equipment in the gym is a stationary bike and treadmill.
