our stay at the Azure was great.We enjoyed all the amenities,pools, hot tubs, exercise room and how well the entire complex is maintained. The unit layouts are very nice. we look forward to our stay next year (2014).

We had a wonderful vacation. The coffee pot was broken, but when I reported it, it was replaced within the hour. Other than that, we never had to call the office about anything other than checking in when we arrived and checking out when we left. We would stay there again and plan to do so in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent. Right on the beach. Had access to 2 beach chairs every day. On our arrival, the condo was dirty. The shower had mildew and a dirty tee shirt was under the bed in the master bedroom. Called the rental agency and spoke to a very pleasant person who stated she would send someone to clean condo. If someone came to clean we never noticed. Great beaches! Would probably come back but will consider another condo.

Great location and directly on the beach. The pools were very nice and very clean. The unit wasn't very clean when we checked in. I had to vacuum the sand out of the master bath and hallway. That isn't a big deal to me. The unit could really use a once over with maintenance. When we arrived the curtains in the master suite were in the closet and the rod and brackets were just in the corner of the room. The fan in the living room and one guest room did not work properly (only worked on low, very low). Maintenance came out and kind of fixed the curtains but did nothing about the fans. The curtains were put up but we were instructed if we opened them more than a few inches it could fall. The lightbulb on the balcony was burned out. One of the dresser drawers in the master bedroom was broken as well. None of these are really "big" things but they all add up to become aggrivating. If all the proper repairs and maintenance was done we would stay again.

This property was even more than we anticipated. Location is great, unit is very accommodating and the view is absolutely wonderful. We would recommend this property to everyone and will certainly stay here again. There isn't a negative thing to report. Oh and there were a couple of days we could see the dolphins swimming/jumping at the sandbar from our balcony. That was a great experience for all of us.

Everthing about this condo was convenient and in excellent condition. Our only complaint was a late check-in. The room was not ready at 4:00pm to check-in as stated.

This space is perfect for a large family. It's listed as a 3BR but technically it has 4 since the bonus room has bunk beds. We totally enjoyed the balcony - it accommodated us all for meals with a spectacular view as a bonus!
