This is a nicely appointed condominium on the 7th floor so you get unbelievable views of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Right here. You’re going to love this as your vacation place.

Let’s take a tour of this beautiful condominium. And let’s start with the view. The balcony view is wonderful. You’ll want to spend your mornings enjoying breakfast and watching for the dolphins that are usually there to greet you. Plenty of room for relaxing and dining.

Stepping back into the living area is a treat. You’ll find comfy living area with great seating and a big TV. Plenty of room to relax here. The beach views too! T...he dining area is really comfy. Just the spot to enjoy the meals you’ll be able to prepare in the gourmet kitchen equipped with everything you need for a great meal.

The MASTER SUITE is beautiful. Huge king size bed with a stylish headboard. What a great space. And the bed’s really comfortable. I laid down on it to see how it felt. Almost went to sleep. The room really makes a statement. It’s really spacious.

The Guest bedroom is kid friendly with Twins. And a TV when you just want to zone out for a while at the end of the day.

Of course you’ll find a washer and dryer to keep everything clean while you’re on vacation.

Sea Oats Vacation Condo Rental Resort was designed with your family in mind! Not only does it boast one of the largest beachfronts on Fort Walton Beach’s Okaloosa Island, but it also offers a large heated beachfront swimming pool with oversized decking, a hot tub, a lighted tennis court, shuffleboard, and an outdoor grilling area.

Now a little about Okaloosa Island.

Okaloosa Island is a barrier Island located between Fort Walton Beach, Florida and Destin, Florida on US Hwy 98. This Gulf front barrier Island is part of Fort Walton Beach and is surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico, Choctawhatchee Bay, Intercostal Waterway and is connected to Destin and Fort Walton Beach by bridges at each end of the island.

On the west end, you will find a large selection of eating establishments, service businesses, and beach parks. The mid section of the island is the hub of activity, including:

•Gulfarium•Restaurants•Nightlife•Boardwalk with a large parking lot•Public beach entrance•Showers and restrooms•Fishing pier•Beach shopping•Water sports•Water park•Boat rampThe west end of the island (toward Destin) consists mostly of long sandy beaches with protected dunes, several beach accesses and gulf side parks. Here you will also find the Coast Guard station, and an unpaved public parking lot at the base of the Destin bridge.   We stay in this condo 13 days. Good location, good appartment. One note only - we had a problem with water flow during last four days and management company did not inform us re. time frame when it would be fixed.

  Although the condo was very nice, I was told that it had 2 double beds in the 2nd room. It only had 2 singles. This really inconvienced the 2 married couples. They had to sleep seperately and the other had to sleep on the couch. I asked this company twice about the beds and was told both times that it had 2 doubles. Then the company only gave me a single roll away. I think they should have changed our condo to one that had what they claimed to have. I will go back to the agency I have always used in the past. Because I have gone to Florida since 1981 many people ask me where to stay. I work at a hospital. I refer lots of people. Will not refer to this agency.

  Best Beach Getaways Rental Agency-BAD! Sea Oats Unit #708 -WORSE

  Currently in the condo unit (Sea Oats #708) writing this review. Looking around at dirty, worn furniture and carpets. So sad at what we were hoping would have been nice vacation at the beach.
  Online pictures were misleading to say the least. Pictures posted online by Rental Agency do not show the poor maintenance of apt, worn condition of bedding, furniture and appliances but most of all the pictures do not show the FILTH.
  We arrived at condo on Sat July 14,2012 to the smell of mustiness;
  from then on, it kept going downhill.
  Carpeting is dirty throughout condo.
  The foyer rug is dk gray from dirt (original color beige?)
  I Made the MISTAKE of opening door to hall closet to find a black, dirty mop still damp. frayed broom, a full and very dirty vacuum cleaner and various dirty rags. Closet floor is caked with grime.
  Kitchen: Cabinet doors sticky and stained with various drips, inside cabinets food spills (still wet). Utensils in drawers are old and warped from long use.
  Stove and oven are caked with grease.
  Inside refridgerator, brown liquid under glass shelves.
  Living Room: Furniture worn, faded and too large, very crowded.
  Balconey: Black netting blocking view of ocean (only partial ocean view),
  sliding door to balconey rusty -hard to slide, no handles
  Bedrooms: Master king bed -linens old, very thin. Comforter and pillows were so frayed, faded, and heavy with dust ,we just put them all ( bedding and pillows) in closets and shut the doors. Then had to wash all sheets and towels or else we'd have to sleep on bare mattresses.
  
  Mattress cover had large brown and yellow stains (fortunetely these came out white when washed, no doubt had never been washed) Mattress BLOOD STAINED.
  Kids Bedroom: mattress cover had large yellow stains (urine ?.), again came out white when washed (with Bleach)
  
  Bathrooms: white tile floor , corners caked with grime. shower tile and tub with mildew
  FEMALE BATHING SUIT LEFT IN BATHROOM in FULL VIEW, yet "cleaning staff "
  did not notice !!! when they were "cleaning"
  
  Amenities: All curtains and drapes in apt are heavy with dirt, dust
  (we just tied them up with luggage strapes to get them out of the way)
  Light fixtures cloudy with dust and dirt. Lights very dim (low wattage or dirt?)
  Artificial plants - heavy with dirt (we put all out on balconey- bugs flew out)
  
  Overall : DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. Contacted rental agency first day, after we had spent over $100 on cleaning supplies, bug spray, febreze, air freshners, detergents.
  Our first day of vacation spent washing all linens, towels and kitchen utensils (finally got to bed at midnight)
  NO RESPONSE from staff of BEST BEACH GETAWAYS YET - now DAY 4 of vacation.
  we knew they would not let us out of the rental agreement but at least reimburse the $115 we had paid as a CLEANING FEE?
  
  Our family is SADDENED by the whole experience. I doubt MANAGEMENT FROM BEST BEACH GETAWAYS would ever stay or allow their kids to sleep in the POOR CONDITION these properties are in.
