Just got back from staying at Sea Oats #604. Absolutely love the location and over all it was very comfortable. It was a little short on silver ware. Condo building is older, but, for the most part very well maintained. The linen seemed to be new or in very good shape. The only complaint, were the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. The beds squeaked and were not very comfortable. They had a thin mattress topper on them, but, could use either new matresses or thicker pads. Other than that, it well served our need for a convenient and comfortable place to crash & eat breakfast/lunch. We would likely stay here again!! Read more
Glad you enjoyed it! Will definitely consider your suggestion for thicker mattress toppers in the twin bedroom-

This was a last minute booking for us due to a volleyball tournament at the Civic Center. We couldn't have been more pleased. Convenient to the venue and on the beach with a great view! Just a short walk down the beach to the Boardwalk and several great restaurants. Typically stay in PCB on family vacation, but we'll be back to Ft Walton Beach.
Can't beat the view!

My husband and I stayed with another couple in this condo for 4 nights. The view from this condo is unbeatable! We all enjoyed our stay very much! There was plenty of room for 4 adults. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can imagine including a blender. The beds were very comfortable! The condo is not perfect but it's better than average. The floors could use more cleaning. My feet turned black rather quickly after I took my shoes off the first day. The window in the big bedroom wouldn't stay open. So we couldn't listen to the ocean in the room like we wanted to which honestly to us was the biggest downfall. Overall, we would stay here again in a heartbeat! This condo is a bargain!!!

We recently stayed in unit 604 at seaoats. The cono is very clean. Bathroom was showing a tiny bit of wear but it was spotless. Tub is slippery. That is my only suggestion to the owner as it could result in a lawsuit. Our code for the hot tub did not work. We had to call the manager and leave a message. He returned our call immed. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and essentials. ((Yes! Corkscrew) The location of this unit is perfect. The view was spectacular. We stayed here during off season so it was very affordable. I cant say I priced this unit for peak season but I most definitely would recommend it for any family or two couples. We had a great time.

Sea Oats 604 was a pleasant surprise. The condo was much larger than anticipated and had plently of room for a family gathering and everything we needed for entertaining. The balcony accomadeted four adults easily for drinks and conversation. Everything was clean, the appliances and TV were not too old, the furniture was comfortable and tasteful and complemented the beach cottage decor. There were plenty of linens, towels, and paper goods provided for our 4 day stay. I plan to stay there again next year!
Different but good.

Real Joy was very helpful through making the reservations.
Sea Oats is a older condo. The unit 604 has great view of the beach. The pool was awesome. It was a nice place to stay. I would request that it is time for new mattress for all beds. You know what makes a unit is the person that owns it. There could be some updates. The tubs was very slick need some mats or something.
It would be nice to have beach chairs included with the rental. Over all the trip was nice , I was use to a 3 bed room and a large balcony. I would consider renting again. I did look at a unit for sale there and it had some updates. It made a diffrence. I am thankful for the time at the beach,it all about God's creation that I see when I am looking out over the water. The room is material things that can be changed. God does not change. Have a blessed day.

I was extremely impressed at the value of the room. By the time I got there, the "feel" of the room was overwhelming. As soon as you step into the kitchen you can see the ocean and it is quite beautiful from the 6th floor. The beds were comfortable and the a/C worked very well (I'm from Texas). Every cooking utensil was there along with more than enough pots, pans, etc. It was also nice to be able to wash clothes and towels during our stay. There is a Wal-Mart about 7 or 8 minutes away which made shopping convenient. Even though the weather forecast said it was supposed to rain the entire time we were there, it didn't because it was on the coast. Everything was great!
Beautiful condo and stunning views!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and the views overlooking the ocean from the master bedroom (king size) and the deck were amazing. There is so much to do both in Ft. Walton Beach and Destin which is only 4-5 miles away, you have the more laid-back atmosphere in Ft. Walton but there are plenty of activities in both places. Great for families and kids. The only improvement I would mention is that the sofabed is uncomfortable, the springs can be felt through the mattress. Otherwise, can't wait to go again next year! Read more

We stayed at Sea Oats 604 for a 3 day girls trip with 7 adults. We all slept comfortably and had enough room to get ready and hang out. Everything looked the same as it was advertised and was reasonably priced. My only suggestion would be to provide more standard paper products. We didn't have any paper towels, an extra trash bag or more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Read more

Great location! The condo was clean, quiet, and I enjoyed being able to sleep with the windows open to better hear the ocean. The building is old and had I been one condo over I would have had water from the leaky roof dripping on me while sitting on the balcony. The bed reminded me of the restless nights I spent in China. Really wish the owners would suck it up and buy a new mattress for the master bedroom! The twin beds in the other room were just fine. Well-stocked kitchen supplies and iron/ironing board were a plus. It wasn't luxury by any means, but was better than camping. Read more
Thanks for the kind words - we get lots of comments on what a great unit this is!

Sea Oats 604 was clean upon arrival. The biggest downfall that the condo had was that there were no available cleaning supplies (dishwashing soap, spray for countertops, laundry detergent, and only 2 packets of soap for the dishwasher for a whole week's stay!). We understand about providing our own food, of course, but basice like these things, an extra roll of paper towels, coffee filters, etc would have made this a much more pleasant experience!! The cleaning crew knocking on our door 45 minutes before check-out time was quite annoying since we were trying to finish up our packing.
Amazing location, great deal!

This apartment was even nicer than the photos show. It was immaculately clean and had everything you would want in an apartment. The view from the balcony was stunning - every night we had an amazing sunset, and on the last day a pod of dolphins swam by! I would highly recommend this apartment, although it could get a bit noisy in high season as it overlooks the pool.

The condo was great, only thing I could recommend is the chairs out on the porch could get replaced with new ones and a couple of the plates and bowls in the kitchen were either chipped or didn't have enough for a family of 6 to adequately have enough for everyone. Also a recliner chair in the family room that had seen better days. Location is great down the street from the pier, walk out to the beach so convenient and close. Great for families. We had 3 adults and 3 kids and it worked out great. The Wifi connection was not always great, very frustrating.
Good for the price but needs some major renovations.

My family and I rented this unit for 1 week at the end of September 2012. We had a great time with little hassle. It was nice to be able to relax without a big crowd because of it being late in the season. The one thing that I would change about the trip is the fact that the unit was left nasty for us to check into the first day. My mom and I spent the first half a day cleaning the unit. Lucky enough, all of the cleaning supplies were in the unit closet. The floors had to be mopped four times to get the majority of the dirt off and the bathrooms were not cleaned at all. We decided to remove all of the rugs and put them in the closet until the end of our trip because they looked like they had not been cleaned or replaced in years. There was sand and soap still in the tubs. The unit did have a number to call if the unit was not clean but honestly, we figured that if this was there standard of clean, we were better off doing it ourselves. I was still able to enjoy the rest of the trip it just would have been nice not to have to start it off with house work.

The location and price is great. The 10am checkout and mattress hard as a slab and flat pillows, not so great. But it was clean and I would return with the knowledge of bringing my own pillows and probably just sleep on the couch again.
This was a wonderful rental, clean, affordable, and steps away f

I would highly recommend this rental the property manager was easy to work with. The condo was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. There is a wonderful view of the ocean; which is litterally steps away. This is a very family friendly atmosphere and we hope to return again.
