Our trip was nothing less than amazing. The unit is comfortable/homey and has all that you need. We arrived earlier than expected and were able to check in early; staff was very accommodating. We will definitely be returning!

The unit was clean and had everything. Only negative thing to say, the stick that blocks the sliding door is very hard to remove and the blind slates seem to fall out when opening the blinds. These were 2 minor things that we delt with, but, did not bother us. We had a great time and really enjoyed the unit! we will for sure come back and use it again. Thank you!!

Kim's Island Sands condo at Fort Walton Beach is absolutely the #1 vacation destination!! You have all the luxuries promised and the condo pictures are true to life. Our favorite way to unwind is swimming in the ocean, looking for seashells, and enjoying the ocean wildlife. You can always take a quick trip to nearby Destin if you'd like more action in your vacation, but we prefer to stay on the island. We can't say enough about this condo and vacation site. It is definitely our favorite. You need to experience this unbelievable vacation for yourself!!

we were pleased to walk into such a birght and cheery condo after a few weks of travel. we could totally relax with comfy furniture, bedding, modern appliances,and spotless floors, cabinets, etc. loved having immediate access to the beach, watching the sun rise and set, and the quiet at this time of year. perfect!

My family & I stay every year for the week of Thanksgiving in this area. I loved how it had 2 couches that made into beds so each child had their one place. Although we did not have the full gulf view, it was much easier to get to the beach. You could just walk right out of your sliding door rather than take the steps and go around. This unit was pet friendly although some of the neighbors made it known that they did not like pets. The neighborhoods across the street were great for early morning walks. Very safe place.

I don't like to travel with out my little dog and Island Dreamer was pet friendly so my best friend got to travel with me! The condo was clean and well stocked. Island Dreamer is ground floor so there is no climbing stairs (which I normally don't mind... just not on vacation) or waiting on an elevator necessary. I could be out the back door and in the ocean in 2 minutes... no street to cross... just out the door out up the steps across the dunes and beach! We will stay at the Island Dreamer again.
