Nautilus Unit 2307- Condo is situated right on the beach. This unit is on the side of the building located next to a vacant lot with an excellent view of the gulf without paying the price of a gulf front unit. Right off the elevator, just a few steps to your unit for easy access in and out. Unit provides plenty of space to sleep 6. Master Bedroom has a king bed, 26 inch flat screen TV, DVD player. Bathroom has double sink vanity with lots of counter space, sliding glass door to balcony with a view. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, double closet, 26 inch TV with VCR, and enterance into full bath.

We have been staying at the Nautilus since our boys were in elementary school and now they are grown and both are parents themselves now. This condo was awesome! It has everything you need! Having the beach service was fantastic! Kimberly Lang Vacation Rentals are very good people to work with, they really take care of the property here and stay on top of things! This condo is very updated with new cabinets, countertops, tile floors and good curtains for the sliding doors. We will definately get our reservations in for next year. The Nautilus is like home away from home and my bother and sister also come here every summer and will definately tell them about this condo @ 2307! This location is so close to everything and its right on the beach! You go out in the morning and get a spot on the beach and you can leave all your belongings there to go in for lunch and return back to the beach. Feels very safe and always have for all the years we have been coming here. Thanks Kim Lang for being a part of our family vacation memories!

The condo was as described and when we had an issue with the internet they came to check in out and resolve the situation. Would have love an electric frying pan or a good stove top fry pan in the kitchen to cook with but the kitchen was better stocked than other condos we have rented in the past. The extras that they provided helped to make it a good vacation.

The condo was the perfect layout with the master bedroom facing the water to the East. The morning sunrises were spectacular! The kitchen, greatroom & bedrooms were nicely furnished. We truly enjoyed the area & the people.

The nautilus was a great stay. Had some construction going on, so it was a bit loud but not to bad. Kim Lang's group is wonderful and easy to work with. They were very responsive to our needs and extremely considerate (ex. Lightly knocking lightly because our little ones may be taking naps). I would rent from them again, witH no reservation. Back to the location, one thing you will love is the view from the master. You can wake up every morning with the rising of the sun over the gulf. I guess that is good for us morning people.

This was a great place to stay. If I could I would buy this very unit. The view watch heavenly and very comfortable. Will to this again when the weather is warm.
