Sunset Cottages Unit 3C- Island Decor. This third floor 1056 square feet, Gulfside vacation rental condo is set up like a townhome. Two bedrooms plus bunks. One upstairs and one downstairs- each with a private balcony. Master has private bath. Affords great privacy for guests and families. There is a set of twin bunks in the hall way adjacent to the downstairs bedroom. Master has a queen size bed and TV, Second bedroom has a full size bed and TV. Queen size sleeper in living area. Unit sleeps up to 8 guests. Graco Pack n Play available in unit. High Chair available in unit.

Location- near end of island- very quiet.Must drive to most locations, but a convenience store nearby.
Beach- beautiful white, sugary sand- not easy to walk or run on
Condo- large,comfortable, all the amenities, inc washer/dryer in unit.
3 sets of stairs- not for the infirm
altogether, we enjoyed our stay at the condo. Great shopping at the outlets in Destin. Any restaurant we tried was great -

This is the first time that we have stayed in a condo in this area of Florida but I don't think that we will go back to a hotel in the area. The price was very resonable and the pictures on line matched what was really there. We had no issues with the condo or getting on. We will look at this condo or manged condos by Kim Kang for the future.

This was our first time to Florida. We had a great time, even though it was a bit chilly outside. 3C had everything we needed and was the perfect size for our family. We were able to see the done rise each morning after our walk on the beach. Having morning coffee on the balcony and watching the sun rise and the waves in the ocean was a true delight! We will come back to Florida!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. From the renting process to the actual unit itself we were very pleased. The unit was clean, well stocked and very close to the beach. I would recommend this unit and Kimberly Lang agency very highly.

Our family absolutely enjoyed our experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and located perfect for us. The only issue we had wad the internet, and it was address promptly and resolved. I would absolutely recmmend this place. We plan to return!

While I was hoping that this unit was closer to the beach and had an elevator, it was still very nice. We enjoyed our stay here and it was a very much needed vacation from our every day lives. Our kids had a great time rolling with the waves. We also brought my mom along and since the walk to the beach was a little difficult for her she just enjoyed hanging out in the room and on the balcony. She just loves Florida! This was a nice place and offered at a reasonable rate. We will probably pick a different unit in the future but none the less we had fun and made great memories!!

We are returning rentors of Sunset Unit 3C, and Kimberly Lang Vacation Rental Properties does an excellent job of making us feel welcome with every stay. Great customer service, timely communication, warmth and friendliness of staff, and great properties to choose from.
Our vacations are always centered on staying in Sunset Cottages or Island Paradise, and we've been coming to the beach to relax for 7 years. Homey, wired for internet and cable, free library to browse, separate beach towels from bath towels, laundry facilities on site, and a great, spacious kitchen make this the dream vacation place- and very affordable for all it has to offer.
Thanks for the perfect beach getaway- again!

Great view even though not directly on the beach...just one building away...easy beach access. Condo was great! Will hopefully stay there again. Open floor plan was very comfortable. 3 flight walk up a little tiring, but was probably good for me. Cookwear looked brand new, all appliances worked well. Washer/Dryer in hallway.
