My sisters & I stayed In this unit for our annual beach trip in May. The unit was very spacious with lots of extra linens & little special personal items in the bathrooms as well as very well stocked kitchen. It had 3 bedrooms with their own baths so it was very roomy. I had the privilege of getting the master suite which was very beautiful & spacious. But even the second & third bedrooms were bigger than in most 3 bedroom units. We had a great view from our balcony & I went to sleep at night with the sliding doors open to the sound of the waves below. It was awesome!

Our family spent our second spring break on Okaloosa Island at Gulf Dunes 510. The condo is well-appointed and right on the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and flow nicely together. Our kids love the enormous shower in the master bath! The kitchen has everything we need for preparing meals in the condo. We like how the condos are well-insulated so you don't hear what is going on next to you, above you or below you. The balcony has a perfect view of the beach and ocean; we like watching the dolphins swim by. We were also pleasantly surprised by some upgrades to the condo this year.

We had a get together with out of state family. The Condo was very roomy. We did have some problems with the secondary bedroom bed because the of slats falling. The cooking pans were in bad shape, but we ate out most of the time. The Master bedroom was very nice with a wonderful view of the ocean. The patio tables and chairs were of cheap plastic. The front door lock was broken. We had to wait a long time to have a locksmith replace it before entering the condo. Not sure I would lese this particular one again.

This was a great place to stay for our family of 8 (5 adults/3 children). Adequate space, plenty of beds & bathroom space & the kitchen was well stocked. The view is wonderful!! We loved the easy access to the beach, it was an easy walk for the kids & they enjoyed the small pool. The owners of this unit also had a nice supply of beach toys for our use which is unusual but very nice. We would definitely recommend this unit!
