A very please customer
IndianaPerfect spot for vacation
Left on 04/07/2013 for a stay in March 2013
Our family of six (four girls ages 7-13) stayed in March 2013. Summerlin 102 is on a quiet, family oriented area of the beach. The beach itslef is pristine. I ran the 2 miles to the Okaloosa Island pier and there seemed to be quite a bit of "ick" washed ashore the closer I got to the pier. The building is smaller so the beach did not seem as crowded as it did closer to the pier either. Destin and Fort Walton are a quick trip over a bridge for those days when you want a little more excitement. Summerlin 102 was very clean and roomy. Ms. Lang literally supplied us with everything we needed and it was all nice quality. We had beach towels, extra beach chairs, beach toys, plenty of bath towels, dish soap, laundry soap...you name it the condo had it. The pool is small but clean with plenty of lounge chairs. We would rent this condo again in a heart beat. Side note: It is worth the hour trip to Pensacola to watch the Blue angels practice and then tour the National Naval aviation Museum which is free. Cross the road and climb 117 steps to the top of a lighthouse used during the Civil War. Take the scenic gulf drive on the way home through Navarre Beach where you will find the best shelling in the area. We also took the kids to Fudpucker's in Destin. They loved that you could write on the walls with a sharpie and the alligators were pretty cool too. The only negative experience we had all week was eating at the Crab Trap. It was overpriced, the food was terrible, and the staff was not very welcoming. We did eat at Sealand just over the bridge in Fort Walton. A little bit pricey but delicious and the customer service was outstanding. We loved the Fort Walton/ Destin area and we absolutely would rent from Ms. Lang again.

Birmingham, AlLoved this place!

I recently brought my daughter (14yrs) a couple of her friends and a friend of my own down for birthday/springbreak. The Summerlin was great, we had lots of space for 3 teenagers and ourselves. The heated pool was great as in the weather was not as warm as we would have liked. The kids enjoyed the pool and I could keep an eye on them. I am looking forward to staying there again with my husband and our other daughters. The area was quite and no crazyness going on. I felt very safe for the girls to walk on the beach and to the store. Please e-mail me with any last minute deals!

Left on 01/30/2013 for a stay in January 2013
We had a wonderful time in this condo 4 nights in the middle of winter...Abandonned beaches saw dolphins/manna ray and lots of bait fish right off balcony. Was a very cozy place with great neighbors that helped you to relax.
