The room overall was good. The bed in the master room is a little dated needs to be either updated or replaced. The electronics in the room were also a little dated. There is a dvd player in the living area but not in either of the bedrooms which would make bedtime a little easier with children especially when the movie amenities are not located on site either and you don't know the channels on cable when from out of town. There is only one elevator which isnt such a big deal, but two would have made it easier with antsy children ready to go to the beach. There was only a dumpster located at the front of the property opposite from the side of the complex from where our room was which maWe did like having chairs on the beach as a part of our amenities package though.

We had a great time and this condo was mostly in great condition. However, the first night the master bedroom windows leaked water pretty badly due to a severe storm. We were told they are repairing the windows this fall. The dripping of the water woke us up, but luckily the weather was great the rest of the week.
Loved the access to the beach and the umbrella service was great. Condo was really clean. Would have been nice if some essentials such as dish soap & hand soap were provided. Also, kids beach toys would have been nice! Electronics are a bit outdated, so you'll have to bring your own cables to hook up iPhones.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay would definitely recommend it (once the windows are fixed!). -

we enjoyed staying at the condo, it was a very relaxing week and we would definitely stay there again, the staff at Brooks and Shorey are fabulous! The condo wasn't spotless, however I own a commercial cleaning company so I grade hard! But I would give it a 90% out of 100%, which isn't bad since we went at the end of the summer and the end of summer deep cleaning hadn't been done yet , we would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall, our vacation was wonderful. The unit was nice with great views of the gulf. The only issue we had was with the guests in the unit above us. They were very noisy. It seemed like they continuously walked around and constantly opened and closed the sliding door.

The view from the balcony was great! The rooms were spacious. The condo was very well kept, clean and had everything we needed. Just wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back.

ETW 2007 is a perfect location! We really enjoyed the corner unit; the view of the beach and the glorious sunset is amazing! The condo is simply decorated- making a very comfortable stay. We love this area of the beach as it is clean and less busy than other areas. Check-in and check-out was quick and the staff was both cordial and helpful. Compliments to the umbrella crew for their friendliness and hospitality. We have stayed in ETW 5 times and always look forward to returning to one of the corner units!

The condo contained personal items of the owner, including photos. The furniture and decor were very dated. I didn't appreciate the religious art. I felt like I was staying with an old fashioned relative rather than having a weekend at the beach. The location was first rate and the place was spotless but I wouldn't stay there again. I would prefer not to feel like I'm sleeping in someone else's bedroom.

The Condo was beautiful, the weather perfect, beaches wonderful,beach chairs a really good perk, beautiful view from the balcony. The elevator was broken but I am supposed to recieve a 10 percent discount for that and we were only on the second floor,they called me before my arrival date and offered to change my booking to another property.I give everything 5 stars.

The condo was amazing!! The view was awesome! We would definitely stay here again. The only problem was that the people in the condo above us were constantly opening and shutting their balcony door at all hours of the day and night. The doors are very heavy, and it sounded like thunder every time it was opened and shut.

Unfortuneately, we visited the property during a period of "tar balls." The property itsself was very nice except for the blinds which did not work properly. The view was wonderful. The beach time whcih took chairs at 5 p.m. was inconverient and we had trouble locating tha attendant.

We have been coming to Ft Walton Beach for years and this is the best view and the closest to the ocean we have ever stayed. I enjoyed the pool not being directly under the balcony. You could hear the waves and nature instead of people.

Very nice and comfortable condo. Very nicely decorated. Everything we needed was there. We really enjoyed our stay! Our children loved it as well. Thank you to the owners for renting out their lovely place. It felt like a home away from home.

Brooks and Shorey Resort Inc. is the BEST! They were very helpful when the owners of the condo we booked decided to do updates and we could not stay there. Valerie was quick to call and help me immediately find another exceptional condo to rent. This was our 4th time in 2 1/2 yrs. to stay with them. I would highly recommend to give them a try!!!

We have been to ETW several times.This unit needs new carpet and the MB toilet rocks. Furniture was nice.Kitchen nice. We had ants, and also saw another big crawling bug. Unit needs to be exterminated.

Our stay was, for the most part, a positive experience. The location of the unit, the view, and the cleanliness of the unit were very good. We liked the beach, the water was clear and the area around our buildiing was well maintained, with a couple of notable exceptions. There were a couple of negative things though. The first day we had to wait to get the keys to our unit, we arrived at 4pm, before anyone else checking in that day, and we were the last to get our room. When we did get our room there was a terrible stench in the entryway to our building. Someone had dumped several crabs on the sidewalk and they had rotted. They stayed there for at least 4 days after our arrival before anyone cleaned them up. The toilet paper dispenser in our bathroom had no rod so we could not put a roll on it. To your credit, there was a rod brought out to us fairly quickly. The internet service which was advertised was not wireless and there was only one connection in our room. We were not aware on this when we chose the unit and were disappointed as we have three members of our family with laptops and we had to take turns getting on the internet. Oh yes, there was the incident in the pool where someone defacated into the water, I realize management had no control over this but the incident and subsequent closing of the pool was a downer. Again, our overall experience was positive. Thank you.

we really enjoyed our stay in rm 2007. This condo had everything we needed. The only complaint we had or wish is that the condo had a boardwalk to the beach on the right side of the hotel (would have been more convenient) other than that, it was very enjoyable.Furniture was up to date and lay out of the room was perfect- would always recomend corner unit- the view was wonderful.

We found a huge inconvenience in getting to the beach. We were on the opposite side of the walk-way so we had to jump the wall between us and the other condos.
The pool was also an inconvenience! We had family members at the neighboring condo so we swam there. We booked at a time that the ocean was black, I wish someone would have told us that when we booked. Other then that, the stay was great! -

An end unit with a great view, it was spacious and well decorated. Very friendly management staff, pleasant check in/out. The pool is rather small and on the parking lot side of the condo, but this was not an issue for us as we were there to enjoy the beach. A small negative: if you value complete privacy in the "powder room", be aware that this condo's design does not include a door separating the master bath from the master bedroom.
