We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Being able to see and hear the ocean from the living area, master bedroom, and the balcony was so relaxing. The entire home is so up to date and welcoming. Lovely lovely home.

The condo was everything we had hoped for and more! It was very clean and homey, we didn't want to leave. The view of the ocean and beach was wonderful, so relaxing. This was our first time to Fort Walton Beach as a familiy and the kids loved it, we would stay here again for sure.

The inside of the condo was very nice although I think the carpeting in living area is impractical. The only complaint I really had is how the toilet was so close to the shower doors. The ceiling was also in need of repair. The owners had a notebook with all the local resturants and had rated them which was nice because we were looking to eat we had never been. What I didn't like was the property itself. VERY STEEP parking lot. Shpuld have stairs you could walk down. No Luggage cart for unloading and transporting to your unit. The worst was probably the location of the pool. Did not feel safe to let my 14 year old and her friend going to pool alone since it was not visible from the unit. That would be the one thing that will keep me from renting any unit at this condo again.If you don't care about that then this unit was very nice with great views. LOVE the corner unit.

The unit was nicely updated, comfortable, and clean. The view is gorgeous. We wanted a place a little further from the hustle & bustle of Destin, so this was a good choice. There were a few minor issues with the unit (nothing to call about), you could hear the neighbors up & down, and daytime air traffic noise was noticeable. None of that really detracted from our enjoyment. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The Condo was beautiful! There were plenty of towels and having all the kitchen utensils and pans was definitely a plus! Great location to everything! We absolutely loved this place, and will definitely be back!!!

After looking at hundreds of condos online, as soon as I saw pictures of this unit I told my husband "this is the one!!" The pictures are beautiful but seeing it in person was amazing! When we arrived there was a few thunderstorms and a lot of rain but we were still able to go out and enjoy the ocean. The owners of the unit called to check on us and to make sure the unit was ok and we really appreciated that! The weather turned out beautiful and my husband and I and our 22 year old daughter and 19 year old son enjoyed every minute we were there. The unit was adorable! Beautifully decorated. It brought me to tears when I first walked in, the views were just amazing!The ocean views are in the kithchen, living room and master bedroom and the balcony area was very nice, just sitting and watching the dolphins and the beautiful ocean was amazing! This unit is very,very clean. We had everything we needed there. All the utensils we needed, plates, cups, pots and pans. It was great having a washer and dryer, it probably got used more than anyhting!The beds were very, very comfortable and going to sleep at night listening to the ocean in the master bedroom was one of my personal favorites! If you want a great condo with great views and great service, this is the one! We hope to come back and stay again.

This is a wonderful condo! We had family staying in the same building, and this one was MUCH nicer than theirs. The only thing that the other one had was keyless entry, which was really nice for the kids as you didn't have to worry about them losing the keys. I hope the company would consider doing this, we would love to stay again!

We enjoyed the stay except for "bowling alley sounds of tenants above us running back and forth", not a fault of rental agency some people just never consider rights of others. Other than that would not change a thing. Will stay again at this unit. Have stayed at other units with Brooks and Sorey and were pleased. The corner room was especially nice and had plenty of towels and bathcloths as opposed to other places we had stayed.

Fantastic apartment, and well equiped. Situated right on the beach, but as it is on Okaloosa Island rather than Destin, it is not too busy. A hire car is essential for this location. Hope to return soon.

So glad we did not cancel due to the threat of hurricane Bonnie or the oil. Beaches were stunning, sand powdery and bright white!
Check-in was so professional with I think her name is "Barbara", she had no a/c, phones were ringing off the wall and yet we thought we were her only concern. Thanks Barbara!
We also had to call the sheriff's dept due to some trouble upstairs they came right out. Next day called Brooks and Shorey to report problem and was delighted when she said our upstairs neighbors were checking out that day!
Thanks so much for all your hospitality! We will be back.

I was very disappointed that the wireless internet was not working. I was able to use the internet but only in one place in the condo because of the length of the cord I was provided. I have stayed in this condo before and probably will again but I hope the wireless is working!

This is the 3rd year in a row that we have stayed with Brooks & Shorey! 2nd time to stay at Emerald Towers West. We had a great time and enjoyed everything, except the weather coming into Florida which was no one's fault at all. The beach was wonderful and so was the pool. My husband and I stayed at Emerald Towers West in Fort Walton Bch. The condo we rented was very comfortable, peaceful and clean. Wonderful views from the third floor corner balcony. Unfortunitly, we had a terrible "tropicle depression" like weather system that stayed with us for 90% of our stay and we could not enjoy the water, beach and balcony as much as we wanted. But, I would definitely go back to this particular condo and would recommend it to others.

We truly enjoyed our stayed at Emerald Towers West 3007. As soon as we arrived, we knew it would be an excellent place to spend the weekend. The condo was spotless. We were equipped with everything we needed. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was great! The beach view was amazing. I wish we could have spent more time there. The bad news is that we had to leave a day earlier than we had planned so that we could avoid Hurricane Guztov's terrential rains in northern Louisiana and east Texas since we drove from Keller TX. It is a shame to spend your hard earned money to have a storm cost you a final day's paid enjoyment.

My husband and I just came from Fort Walton celebrating our 30th wedding aniversary. We have stayed with Emerald Towers for the last 4 years. The ocean front view is gorgous. We start the mornings off with coffee on the balcony watching the dolphins swim by. At night, we love to watch as the sun sets over the ocean. One of the best to come views to come is when we watch as the moon glistenes on the ocean as it paints a picture of romance over the movement of the ocean waves. You are sure to enjoy this lovely resort. I know it has been an enjoyable part of our vacations year after year.

It was a wonderful trip, we were disappointed however with the chairs on the deck, there was only two that wasn't broken. We had considered staying again, but the managment could be better. I love this condo, but I don't know if we will ever return because of managment.

We had a corner unit on the second or third floor and the view was magnificent. The unit was clean, comfortable and convenient to everything. The office was easy to find (it was in another location) and the staff was very helpful and made check-in easy. This is a wonderful vacation spot and we will surely go back again. We had our son and his girlfriend with us but this would also be a wonderful romantic honeymoon place.
